I tap my card and then I was given my receipt. I see that the discount was not applied. Attendant starts the conversation by telling me it is my fault and that they can give me the discount next time. Asked if I could get another service and get the discount on that. Originally told yes but manager vetoed that and said I already paid. I literally showed the coupon when I first arrived.
