I took it to Xfinity yesterday. They worked on it for about 2 hours and finally gave up. They suggested I take it to Wireless Phone Repairs, which I immediately did. I was the only customer, so the guy at the counter immediately started working on my phone. Less than 15 minutes later he handed it back, completely fixed! Every app worked perfectly! I said I was about to get another one; he said " Why? There's nothing wrong with this one!" I asked if he could suggest an app to use if this ever happened again. He said there was no need, because this phone contained its own protection! He started to hand it back to me, but first he asked "How much should I charge you?" I was still dumfounded by all this; I didn't what to say. He handed it back. "No charge," !!?!. This actually happened yesterday, August 25, 2026.

I had done over five books with this firm and here these people were being cheap and difficult. I finally got a partial refund, which was not based on what they charged me, but what it cost them. I discovered in this process they they must have overcharged me for shipping by easily 200 percent or more. I will never do business with them again. Whoever runs this company has to be an insensitive idiot who doesn't care as long as his wallet is full at the expense of other people.

While they could help me get the window they recommended another way to get it that might be more ideal for my situation, doing my own construction/fully gutted remodel. But then Mr. Bob Hardy gave me a 30 min down and dirty Window 101 on what they are able to do. He talked about that they can replace windows but prefer not to resize the windows due to the extensive nature of bringing the structure around the window up to code compliance however can help with that if needed. They pressured me ZERO to buy from them. I learned so much. I had no idea all the ways they have of making a new window work and the cost was so much more reasonable than I thought. We were talking roughly $1,000 for replacement window , installed and everything, which seems super duper reasonable and the window looked of very high quality and built in the MIDWEST!!!! AMERICAN MADE! And that wasn't their lowest or highest priced by the way. Some of the higher end had super cool hardware that id never seen before. Super low profile and highspeed. As an active local realtor at Realty Executives in Saint Joseph ill definitely be recommending them in the future! Wow can they do cool things and way more affordable than I was thinking as I have had interactions with the By-Anderson company which seems like they charge about 4 or 5 times more than Midwest Glass and Mirror. I cant be more enthusiastic about how blessed i felt to get the low down from someone who obviously knows what they are talking about.
