He was able to get the ticket turned into a non-moving violation, which as we discussed prior to hiring him, was the outcome we were best hoping for. Mr. Wojtowicz is very professional and responsive. He didn't over promise that he could deliver some that that he could not, but discussed the steps involved and what to expect. I didn't have to email or call him on the court dates as he would email back that evening with the results. It did take an extra court date to get the final resolution. From what I read online, Mr. Wojtowicz was a former Berrien county mediator, which to me signifies that he knows the inner working of the system there and is the reason I chose to hire him along with the other positive reviews! (Just not on yelp. First! ).

He is a beast in the courtroom and really has things well laid out and handles business! My experience with Blair has been nothing but 5 star and honestly the man deserves 10 stars for everything he has done but 5 is all there is. He is easy to talk to about everything, he listens well and very well organized. Being that I'm from Alabama and dealing with a custody case in Michigan, working with him over the phone, email, and the Clio portal has been so easy and straightforward! Making payments to his office is easy and sending the documents necessary is flawless in my opinion as a computer guy. He is affordable and isn't one of those attorneys that just bleed you with bills! In my experience he will work with you best he can. Not in my case, even after I sent the corrections there were still multiple errors on the final documents. Lesson leaned the hard way, review 1000% of all forms prior to them being sent to courts.

I hired Johnson to defend me for a traffic offense. When my trial came up Johnson hadn't bothered to submit my tape as evidence or call the witnesses up to support me. Im not sure he even remembered me giving him the tape except for it being in my file when we sat down for trial. In the end it was my word against one Edwardsburg police officer.
