Every class still hurts , but I feel better in between classes. Brandon and Tyler, the current owners, are fabulous. They have upgraded the studio from the one hot room that it used to be adding two much larger rooms and lots of new types of classes (most of which are beyond my capabilities) including barre, flow, HIIT, sculpt, pilates, meditation, yin, and more. The community continues to grow. Us OG"s love the new energy. They offer lots of deals and even frequent opportunities to come try a free class to see what fits. I'm starting teacher training in a week. Time I give back. Trust me, I don't do it perfect, am struggling with injuries. It can still work and heal you.

I've spent thousands of dollars over the years outside of doctor referrals. Within less than two weeks this studio and instructors have helped my pain so much and have been so kind. I look forward to waking up and going to class. My anxiety used to be so bad I wouldn't leave my apartment out of fear of being judged or losing my parking spot. Now I can't leave it fast enough and love getting to the studio early and chatting with students or staff. I wish I didn't have to move in two months bc I have loved all the ladies I've met. I used to tell myself studios like this are too expensive, I couldn't afford it. But when I stopped and compared what I'd spent on massages and chiropractors. It's less here even doing the unlimited and sometimes it's worth the investment.

Ritual is located in a strip mall close to Trader Joe in Thousand Oaks. The studio offers a wide range of classes and a tasteful array of retail. My experience at the studio was great- despite the fact that I barely got to practice. I appreciated the yoga instructor and his patience during this experience- it was fun to have puppies in the class. The instructions throughout this experience was relaxing and informative. I look forward to trying a more typical class despite loving the distractions from puppies. Parking is ample at this strip mall. The shopping is busy so be careful in the lot and be prepared to walk a little bit.
