Audrey has an innate ability to dissect what body part is at issue and how to address it through her studied knowledge of anatomy and physiology. This allowed me to perform at much higher levels. I find Audrey not only inspirational but very dedicated to her students, and I am grateful for the opportunity to give myself the best teaching possible.

Every class still hurts , but I feel better in between classes. Brandon and Tyler, the current owners, are fabulous. They have upgraded the studio from the one hot room that it used to be adding two much larger rooms and lots of new types of classes (most of which are beyond my capabilities) including barre, flow, HIIT, sculpt, pilates, meditation, yin, and more. The community continues to grow. Us OG"s love the new energy. They offer lots of deals and even frequent opportunities to come try a free class to see what fits. I'm starting teacher training in a week. Time I give back. Trust me, I don't do it perfect, am struggling with injuries. It can still work and heal you.

I've spent thousands of dollars over the years outside of doctor referrals. Within less than two weeks this studio and instructors have helped my pain so much and have been so kind. I look forward to waking up and going to class. My anxiety used to be so bad I wouldn't leave my apartment out of fear of being judged or losing my parking spot. Now I can't leave it fast enough and love getting to the studio early and chatting with students or staff. I wish I didn't have to move in two months bc I have loved all the ladies I've met. I used to tell myself studios like this are too expensive, I couldn't afford it. But when I stopped and compared what I'd spent on massages and chiropractors. It's less here even doing the unlimited and sometimes it's worth the investment.

Ritual is located in a strip mall close to Trader Joe in Thousand Oaks. The studio offers a wide range of classes and a tasteful array of retail. The studio is bright and clean, and offers a relaxing calming studio. Outside of the studio there are plenty of places to store your belongings. My experience at the studio was great- despite the fact that I barely got to practice. I appreciated the yoga instructor and his patience during this experience- it was fun to have puppies in the class. The instructions throughout this experience was relaxing and informative. I look forward to trying a more typical class despite loving the distractions from puppies. Parking is ample at this strip mall. The shopping is busy so be careful in the lot and be prepared to walk a little bit.

Don't do it !!! Policies make no sense you can't transfer sessions, give away stretch to a friend or extend pass a time period. I was going into knee surgery and left 5-6 sessions on the table they would not budge in accommodating my time off, rather they wanted to keep charging me until I returned. Fast forward almost six months later they reached out to me to return, really ? GM Sam gave me back my credits and started booking without my knowledge and reneged on commitment to complete my sessions. All they wanted was my CC again. Run aw Be careful of them just sticking you with a therapist that does not meet your needs. if you have chronic pain or surgery not all of them were trustworthy of my trust. Ask questions and make sure they don't hurt you Bottom line for the hype and cost not worth it, however if you come across a good therapist stick with them.
