Are you a new mom? I bet you thought the worst part would be the birth. EHHH! Buzzer goes off, you were wrong! Well if you're anything like me, the ordeal started when my milk came in, or actually when it barely came in. I spent the majority of the 9 months preparing the birth part, and never thought about anything afterwards. I started developing knots in my neck, my shoulders, and the stress of breastfeeding was taking its toll.
Enter Dr. Jocelyn. I clued her in on what I was going through, and she reassured me it was normal, and that she would help with boost my milk supply. I had gone to see a lactation consultant twice, and both times was told to switch to formula, and to give up because I wasn't biologically fit to be one of those breastfeeding moms. These comments were hurtful, and really set me back. I'm glad I met Dr. Jocelyn because she dispelled these beliefs with our first session. She created a treatment plan for me that involved a daily herbal tonic based on my diagnosed needs, instructed me on a special diet, acupuncture sessions, and she even showed me how to properly use a breast pump (talk about world class service you don't get anywhere!)
So mamas, soon to be mamas, and anyone who've ever struggled with milk production. Dr. Jocelyn is your answer!! She's gentle and her treatment is really straightforward. Being a new mom comes with so many up's and down's, and it was really nice to have a compassionate professional help me through the first major bump. With her help, I was able to make 30 oz a day, and was able to start a frozen stash when I went back to work. I ended up breastfeeding for 8 months, and I owe it all to the wonderful miracle powers possessed by Dr. Jocelyn!
Forget lactation consultants/experts, googling for a solution, taking random herbs and praying somehow the placebo effect would kick in, or sitting around bent out of shape because you're plain exhausted and frustrated by how all your efforts just aren't working. Go see Dr. Jocelyn. You'll wonder after the first treatment why you didn't take this review seriously the first time around and take that plunge and try her out. You've got nothing to lose...well except more time passing that could've attributed to you making more milk, instead of going toward your supply depletion! Doh! read more
