The company will give her $100. She was not verbally offered any form of insurance or a better form of insurance! She felt she could trust a professional local company who have stood up to their name for more than a dozen years. When I asked others about their service, they stated that since the father was no longer involved, the personal guarantees and customer service seems to have lapsed. Some were ok. Some were very positive.Consistency keeps referrals coming. It's unfortunate that the last piece was dropped. But the company should have made it right. Last job they did, they left oil on the drive. I called and they said some one would call me back. This morning at 9:00, I called about the sofa and the woman who answered the phone said the owner would call me back soon. Just as she said 2 weeks ago about the oil stains. I've been a Realtor for 32 years. Rule 1: always return your calls when promised and always within 24 hours. I made my hopefully final move into a house and scheduled them for 9am. I called around 9:20 to find out where they were, no one had contacted me. Said there was a personal emergency and it would be 10:30. 11 rolls around, still nothing. I call again because they are not keeping me updated, they finally arrive around 11:30. It took over six and a half hours, constant complaints of how a third guy wasn't sent, they didn't wrap anything other than my tv, and actually broke off some of the brick on my steps at my new place for how rough they were being with my belongings. And after all that.... A 5% discount. Please do not use Jaguar moving. You and your furniture deserve much better.

I scheduled Jaguar Moving to move some brand-new, boxed appliances. The movers picked up the…read moreappliances and met us at the drop-off site. When they were unloading the truck, they mentioned that they did not have the proper dollies to move the heavy appliances. We were never told that or given the option to stop the move before it started. They proceeded to attempt to move one of the appliances. It fell crashing to the ground from the truck. The movers would not write the damage on an invoice. I was asked to pay for the move, and instructed the agent that I did not authorize the charge but wanted to speak to a supervisor. The agent said he would have a supervisor call me. Instead, they charged the card 10 minutes later, and no one called. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT WORK WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY!
