Second thing, they were suppose to bring a 3 man team and ended up with 2. More time it takes, more money. At the end, at bill paying time they took off $25 for the third person not showing! Thirdly, they sure chat up with my hubby. Hmmm, more time, more money. The time sure stretched out. Finally, that I know of right now, they put boxes wherever! I clearly had each box marked as to which room it goes. They would also ask me, I finally started saying "what's the box say?" Moving is stressful as it is, I would know, I've done it every two years most of my life (military). This was pretty stressful. I also tipped generously because I know moving "stuff" is not easy. When I move again, because I get restless in one place, I may have to find a different moving company.

The company will give her $100. She was not verbally offered any form of insurance or a better form of insurance! She felt she could trust a professional local company who have stood up to their name for more than a dozen years. When I asked others about their service, they stated that since the father was no longer involved, the personal guarantees and customer service seems to have lapsed. Some were ok. Some were very positive.Consistency keeps referrals coming. It's unfortunate that the last piece was dropped. But the company should have made it right. Last job they did, they left oil on the drive. I called and they said some one would call me back. This morning at 9:00, I called about the sofa and the woman who answered the phone said the owner would call me back soon. Just as she said 2 weeks ago about the oil stains. I've been a Realtor for 32 years. Rule 1: always return your calls when promised and always within 24 hours. I'm hoping this is an issue that the owner will decide to do the right thing and will motivate their customer service to improve. If so, I will edit my review gladly.

To top the entire experience off; a very small support piece from an Ikea piece got misplaced in the move and none of use could find it. We looked through the truck and I really feel like Cory and Waymon did a great job looking for it. Even though we couldn't find it, it must have been in the truck somewhere because the next day they drove back to our new house to return it! I told him once again that I have other companies to check out, and I am not deciding on the first quote that I receive. he went on to tell me that it was the best quote, that the other company can scam me, and other additional stuff. Once more, I informed him of my plan, and while I was speaking, he hung up on me. If this reflects how the company conducts itself, I am definitely not using them.
