I recently had a…read morelarge oak tree fall on my house during Hurricane Helena, so I know how stressful it can be to pack, move, and locate a safe storage space. The first step was to find a trustworthy and hassle-free moving company with five-star customer reviews. Secondly, some companies only move boxes, while others help with packing, disassembling furniture, and even offer temporary storage if needed. Lastly, they offered no hidden fees and were transparent. We didn't want unpleasant surprises at the end, or holding my belongings hostage. They were a conscientious moving company that took a careful approach to packing and transporting my belongings. Titan Elite Moving Services is top-notch, offering all these options, which made my temporary move much easier. The owner was present and engaged with his team. We support family owned local businesses and we highly recommend Titan Elite Moving Services for your moving needs.

He came by a few days later and dropped off moving pads for us to use to move the things we chose to move ourselves. He didn't have to do that at all, but it was very helpful. 3 young men (Kenny, Landon, and Eston) showed up on time and ready for action. They moved an entire house of furniture, wrapped, covered, carried carefully out a ground floor, into the truck and up to a second level living house. They were precise and meticulous. These guys were timely, careful, polite, thoughtful and respectful of our time, our homes and our stuff! In all honesty, they moved quickly and expertly, taking apart beds, carrying huge furniture carefully, and got it done in record time. I can't say enough good about Ravan or this crew.

Not only are they unprofessional, arrived unprepared and damaged several items, but their communication is hardly existent and is full of attitude. From the start, they arrived with no equipment, not even a blanket to wrap furniture in, which took them over an hour to go to a store and come back, so they could begin the job. Countless boxes were damaged in the move, but the obvious issues were boxes placed upside down (when clearly marked), things dropped (yes, they dropped part of a weight set, directly off the truck ramp which took me an hour to fix), scuffs on brand new pieces of furniture that were built two days before the move, and a shattered mirror from CB2. The price of these movers is great, until you factor in all the items they break. But don't worry, their latest response is that they are not responsible for anything that "they did not package themselves" and that they would only pay out a few cents per lb of any broken items. Quite the scape goat of an excuse, since they weren't paid to package anything, but to only move things. So a thousand dollar mirror is still being discussed between the movers and myself, which they've offered to pay around $40 for... with that being said, be very careful of these movers. I would only trust them to move college dorm level furniture or belongings, as that seems to be the level of service and quality they uphold. Very disappointed and I would highly avoid using these guys. Their slogan is "the only thing we break is a sweat", when you can see by the pictures that they will also break many of your belongings, toss your things around like stuffed animals, and the owner Todd will give you free attitude following your move. Update: Oct. 22 2026 to their crooked response to my review on Google and other platforms. - they reference their policies and an agreement, which was never shown to the customer, nor ever signed. Can't say these are even real, as they told me I never needed to sign anything. That I could trust them... ha. - very poor communication from them. 2+ months of chasing them regarding my broke items, with no progress towards any of the issues. Saying they stayed up on the issue is a blatant lie. - as you can see, carelessness and unprofessional handling of materials did occur. Boxes upside down, several items dropped, broken shattered items, etc. - they did not offer me $500 until after I posted a review, two months after still not hearing any resolutions from them. The owner said "I'd have offered you $500 until you wrote your review". So no, no resolution was even attempted by the owner, just empty threats. His statement of offering $500 is an empty bluff.
