He promised services he didn't give and when I got them back he even said he didn't have time to give them the "finish" and still charged me full price. Instead of answering my questions, he eventually threw his hands up and told me, "Go somewhere else." I've never been treated so disrespectfully as a potential customer. I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend this shop to anyone looking for friendly or professional service.

I went to wear them for the first time after the repair and noticed the heel was already beginning to separate again which was disappointing. I decided to go see Lee and he said the only real way to fix was to sew the heel to the shoe. $20 and I was able to pick up within 24 hours so I could wear the shoes at the event I was attending. It's not often you find a true cobbler who knows what he is doing and does a wonderful job. Yes, the shop may look like a tornado blew through it but I have a strong feeling that Lee knows where everything is! I would highly recommend visiting him for any shoe, bag or repairs. The Rack Is Where It's At!…read more I'm a bargain shopper...I grew up with a mother that knew how to find a good deal and negotiate! The "feels" you get from finding a gem of an item and not paying full price, I can't tell you how amazing it is. Don't get me wrong, for the right item and occasion, I don't mind spending money on myself or a gift. But if we are talking about managing finances and being savvy with money, well then, you need to know how to shop! Over the years I've picked up wardrobes of good deals! Hugo Boss and Armani suits for on average $400-$500. Joe' Jeans for $50-$80. The best deal I ever found was a T-shirt for $0.01...that's right "one cent!" These days I enjoy shopping online. It's much more convenient and allows me to do a price comparison. Usually I will purchase two different sizes, then keep the size that fits best. It's also nice to have your items shipped to the local store, that way you don't have to stress with "Porch Pirates" stealing you deliveries! The Nordstrom Notes are always nice little surprises to add to the shopping experience. The team at the Oxnard is always willing to help with a pickup or return. I've been a happy Nordstrom Rack shopper for decades.
