I am writing to formally report a negative experience I had at your retail location #4203 on July…read more30, 2026, at approximately 5:30 p.m. I arrived at this location to drop off a package--a pool heater weighing approximately 80 pounds--which was clearly marked with a special heavy-weight shipping label. I transported the item using a dolly and specifically informed the employee at the front counter that the package was heavy. Instead of accepting the shipment, the employee stated that the store does not accept returns of this size and directed me to take the package to a different location. Relying on this information, I took the time to load the heavy item back into my truck and drove to another nearby UPS store. Upon arriving at the second location, the staff there informed me that all UPS stores are equipped and required to accept such shipments. They noted that it is unacceptable for a location to refuse these packages simply due to the effort involved in handling them. I am extremely frustrated by this experience. It resulted in a significant waste of my time and unnecessary physical labor due to misinformation provided by your staff. I believe this issue stems from a lack of proper training or an unwillingness to perform standard job duties at store #4203. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this incident and ensure that the staff at this location are properly trained on UPS policies regarding heavy-weight shipments.

Used them as a notary a few times - all good there. Also wanted to mail a front door mat with picture of her pooch to mom, and they made it easy with a cylinder mailing tube.
