There are only 5 stars, so I can't add more. I have had issues with teeth forever. I literally ground them down to next to nothing. I went to Dr. Handa's office and had a consultation with her. She explained what I could do, and what I should do. I decided to follow her suggestion and have my teeth fixed by getting crowns on all of them. This was a big procedure and very time consuming. Due to my grinding, Dr. Handa needed to be sure she had the bite right before putting on the permanent teeth. This process was frustrating for me, because I was anxious. However she was spot on. I kept grinding and breaking my temps. Each time, all it took was a call and I was in the chair with her (and Melissa) and my temps were either replaced on the spot, or repaired. This was especially difficult due to the fact that I travel a lot for work, and I speak in front of larger groups. Dr. Handa was aware of that and made sure I always went on a trip with my temps in good shape. Even if it meant she had to stay late or come in early. With my job, I also wanted to make sure that no one knew I was having work done. The quality of the temps was unbelievable, and now with my permanent crowns, you would never know I had any work done. They are natural in both look and color. I can't thank Dr. Handa enough for the work she did. I love my smile, and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone without hesitation! read more

As you walk into Dr. Handa's friendly office the first thing you see is a RELAX message. The waiting room holds books such as DAILY CALM, an Ocean book and "Beauty of the Rainforest" while aromtherapy is in motion. Nice soothing music is playing in the background and you barely notice it, but feel immediately at home. When I was a new patient, Dr. Handa brought me right into her private office to discuss my SMILE goals and expectations with such a compassionate and sweet presence that I at once felt secure and a sense of calm. While sitting in the dental chair, you look up to her "cloud" tiles on the celing as she asks you about your favorite music so that she can play it for you during your procedure, cleaning, or whatever is needed. Dr. Handa explains everthing so well and adds such a personal touch that my whole family loves to go to the dentist now just as much as I now do. She has added every personal touch imaginable to her office to assure that her patients will feel relaxed and confident in her ability to do an exceptional job. read more

Ratti Handa offers the best dental care I've ever received, hands down. I'm a college student out of state and a resident of Acton, and I even look forward to going to the dentist when I am home. Her whole team is awesome- very personable, careful and dedicated. It's clear that patient care and creating a relaxing atmosphere is one of Ratti Handa's top priorities. I can choose my own pandora station to listen to with noise-canceling headphones available so I almost forget I'm in the chair. Dr. Ratti Handa's dental practice is in Acton, about 20 miles from where I live and accessible by busy roads. So why do I go there when there are many dental offices much closer and more accessible? The reason is that I am a perfectionist, and so is she. She keeps up and applies up-to-date technology in her practice. However, she is more than a technocrat. She cares about the patient from a human and overall wellness perspective. The patient definitely comes first.
