By the time we got off the phone she had recommended a "scheduling health plan" (my words, not hers) by way of an outline that included a Home nurse for one visit while we were waiting for the April appointment for Moms Primary Doctor! She then passed me to the Prescription Refill Nurse for Moms refill. I would like to add that I have had very difficult health issues myself over the past three years so I have been speaking with many, many, scheduling departments over that time and Kristin was FAR AND AWAY the best, most pleasant, greatest listener, and offered an extremely intelligent recommended plan. I am writing to share a concerning experience I had during my visit on 5/12/2026…read more I arrived on time for my 7:30 AM appointment, as I had confirmed with Angela the day before. Upon arrival, the receptionist asked for my name and date of birth and instructed me to have a seat, assuring me that someone would come to get me shortly. While waiting, a nurse came out and was told by the receptionist that "both your patients are here." At that time, there were only two other individuals in the waiting area. However, I waited for approximately 35-40 minutes, during which more than half a dozen patients who arrived after me were called in before me. I approached the receptionist to ask about the delay. She responded by raising her voice and stating that the nurses were "working and getting your stuff ready" and that I would be called when they were done. Shortly afterward, she went to check, and my nurse came out immediately, apologizing and explaining that she had not been informed of my arrival and that everything had been ready for me since 7:30. This indicates that I was not checked in properly, and the information I was given earlier was inaccurate and she LIED to me. Additionally, as I left the office, the receptionist loudly said "have a nice day" in a tone that felt sarcastic and unprofessional. I was very disappointed by both the delay and the receptionist's demeanor. I value punctuality and clear communication, and I did not feel respected during this interaction. I hope this feedback can be used to improve communication and patient experience moving forward.

Dr. Cuchural is an infectious diseases doctor and also a primary care doctor. I have been a medical puzzle for years and Dr. Cuchural found things that other doctors haven't even heard of let alone tested me for! I am so thankful to have answers. Dr. Cuchural often works very late into the night because unlike other doctors, he spends as much time with a patient as he or she needs. He doesn't rush or cut appointments short and genuinely cares for his patients. If you stump him with a question, he will pull all of his electronic gadgets out and look up the answer for you. He fits patients in last minute even if it means he has to stay even later. He has the most wonderful bedside manner, which is imperative to me because I have severe anxiety. Julie, the nurse, is just as amazing. She is has a dry sense of humor and is absolutely hysterical, which helps when I'm feeling particularly anxious or overwhelemed from medical issues. I have literally walked in there crying many times and come out smiling. It's always a pleasure seeing her. X kids =equals big savings. Unfortunately, that means we are subjected to the PA's that work here. To be fair the NP's and ancillary staff here are great. So, the place gets three stars. And I am willing to return if I call to see who is on. The PA's on the otherhand are complete tools. Arrogant, condescending, rude, and painful to deal with. Can't even diagnose a simple ear infection with pus literally draining out of the ear. Mass Eye and Ear was horrified after we had to see them a few days after Guy the PA said it was from allergies. Infection spread to his other ear. Ended up on powerful oral antibiotics prescribed by Mass Eye and Ear. Not good care. Should have learned the lesson, but figured the second time we had to go for an ear Infection we would see the NP and be good. Too bad the Np's weren't on that day. This time we got Barry Canavan PA. Who diagnoses an ear infection as a virus without looking in the ear? As an RN, I looked with my own otoscope and explained to my husband there was pus in the ear canal, and to explain that. PA Canavan apparently resented that he mentioned this, or that he would have to look in the ear to diagnose it, and when he saw it was indeed an infection proceeded to prescribe $80 ear drops. If Mr. Canavan was as smart as he was condescending he would know that Cortisporin isn't as good as ofloxacin or Ciprodex, has more resistance and poorer response rates, and is more expensive. Or maybe he resented his patient advocating for his own care, and decided to enact punishment with a shoddy expensive treatment, in order to avenge the insult to his ego. I hope not for all the patients who come across him for care. Neglectful and crappy care from rude PA's really detract from what could be a good urgent care option. Too bad for the patients. Visualization of the ear, and diagnosis, is basic medical knowledge. Looks like their PA's need refreshers. Lesson learned, we will not be going back.

Extremely Unprofessional and RACIST Behavior…read more My elderly mother recently visited this clinic to obtain the necessary medical paperwork for her CDL. Unfortunately, the experience was not only unprofessional but also deeply disturbing and disgusting. She was provided with incorrect paperwork, which her employer later rejected. When she returned to clarify the issue, instead of assisting her respectfully, Dr. Christopher Cannizzaro became argumentative and hostile. During the exchange, Dr. Cannizzaro looked at my mother, a Black woman, and said, "I don't like dealing with you people." He then followed up with "Get the f** out, I don't want to deal with you people,". While using vulgar language and an aggressive tone he kicked her out. There is no excuse for this kind of unprofessional and RACIST conduct in a healthcare setting. I strongly urge others to reconsider before using this provider, and I hope this review prompts a deeper look into how patients are treated at this practice. My mother came home crying, shocked with the disgraceful treatment she has received from a doctor.
