We were actually about 5 minutes late and rushed there, but instead of making us feel stressed, they kindly told us to take our time and not worry about rushing. That small moment really showed how thoughtful they are. My family had such a great time, the kids were fully entertained and didn't want to leave. Note that the last check in is at 11:00pm on the weekend (at least that's what they said via phone call). They almost didn't let us in but we mentioned that we were the ones on the phone. After we all checked in, we explored each of the room. Some were super difficult, some were "easy". Each room lets you know if it's more physical, mental, or team work/ communication. Because each room is timed, I felt like I was in squid game without the gore and anxiety from pending doom. Our stunning game master, Alex (i think perchance her characters name was eloise), was amazing. Her character was cool and she portrayed it so well. While we enjoy a challenging escape room, the biggest issue was that solving the puzzles didn't consistently trigger the sensors to move the game forward. Several times, we had the correct solution, but the room wouldn't register it unless we positioned pieces in a very specific way--such as ensuring a light blinked only once or flipping objects precisely to trigger a magnet. Instead of rewarding problem-solving, it felt like we were fighting with the mechanics of the room. An escape room should challenge players intellectually, not frustrate them with overly finicky sensors. If you solve a puzzle correctly, it should work--without having to repeatedly reposition items in hopes of triggering the lock. Unfortunately, this made the experience more tedious than fun. We wouldn't recommend this room unless the company improves its puzzle mechanics.
