He explained things in a very clear and concise manner and provided a very reasonable quote to amend the existing trust based on the current circumstances. Needed a Living Trust. My case had a complication due to the nature of some of my investments. I have real estate investments in Delaware Statuatory Trusts; investing sale proceeds from an apartment building I owned in DSTs has tax advantages. Without qualification, I reccomend Rassman to anyone needing a Living Trust Package (Living Trust, Will, Health Care Directive and Agent for Finances).
