All our salads were about $13, so not a bad deal, but certainly not as cheap as a lot of fast salad joints in the CBD surrounds, but they do have to pay rent here... The decor is pretty ho-hum, but the picture windows let in a lot of light, and the couch where we say was comfy if a little grubby looking. The rest of the tables inside looked pretty clinical, so try to sit by the front. All in all, a nice quiet spot for lunch just off the main drags and serving quick food in a quiet atmosphere...

If you are looking for a table, go around the queue and ask one of the friendly staff. They will whip you up a table (inside or out) in no time. It's table service too. Good strong coffee - I ordered a strong regular and it nearly knocked my socks off! My friend has the baked eggs every time he comes here - which is weekly; my other friend always goes eggs her way, scrambled with a side of bacon; I've gone for the provincial board which was delightful.
