I was surprised to receive a phone call today from Dan at the GameStop in south Plainfield. Not only did he offer his apologies but he told me he found the same preorder game at a different location that he could have sent to his store. This action/gesture on his part is causing me to change my original one star rating to five because I have never had a store do this before. Normally one person wouldn't matter to a company. Especially one as large as GameStop. I was certainly at a loss for words.

Manager guaranteed me that If I arrived by 10:30am that I would at minimum be able to get a couple of booster packs for my nephew. dishonesty Led me to wait in line for an hour for them to sell out of cards before I even got up to the register. I believe he intentionally misinformed me, these cards were sold out before I even got in the store, managers discretion my ass, he told me there would be a limit to how many people could buy.. makes sense considering he looks like a weasel. I'll be reporting him and this occurrence to gamestop corporate. I will also be submitting the photos/videos as well of people leaving with WAY more than they had posted the 1-2 booster packs per person. this is without a doubt the biggest scam I have ever seen. i wonder how much people are paying him behind the curtains. I'll never be returning to that GameStop again, and I will be posting this all over social media so other people do not need to go through what I did because of some Crook!
