Raque'ls Speciality Linens provided all of the linen for my wedding last month at Edward Dean Museum and Gardens in Cherry Valley on Oct 1 2017 i couldnt have been more pleased with the outcome the quality of table cloths, napkins and chiffon runners was superb not to mention i searched many companys prior to stumbling across rauquel linens and alot of other companys do not privide chiffion runners for me that was a huge thing since i truly wanted the pinterest wedding vision lol as many brides do come to life they were so great to work with and so patient with me i changed my mind a few times leading up to my wedding whether it was adding on addtional quantities to confirming set up times they never lacked when it came to communication there price point it outstanding truly the best in the surronding areas i highly recommend them read more

Raquel's Linens was recommended by my wedding venue. They're a small family-owned outfit and they're pretty dependable. The linens are reasonable and they will deliver if your event is big enough. I've used them a few times now, once for my wedding & a couple times for business functions. They have a fantastic variety & if there's something you want, they'll even make it for you. I really wanted to give 5 stars... I really did. But, I think I'm being a bit nice by putting 4. The linens turned out great BUT, trying to get a hold of someone for updated invoices was a bit of a hassle. They didn't respond to emails in a timely manner and when I asked for an updated invoice, sometimes there was errors and I had to wait a whole day to get a corrected one. The owner was a sweetheart but I think they can work on the timing of their responses and be a little more detail oriented. When we received the linens we had more than we needed which is fine for us, because it was more than we needed... But I guess I would assume they would count the linens before sending them off? Overall, the linens did look AMAZING and the price was fair. So no complaints on that... you just need a little bit of patience with this place. Like I said, it was a little bit of a pain in my toosh but it ended up being fine. read more

Annabelle was patient in working with me to get it right, and she handled it well. Their prices for specialty linens beat many vendors I contacted in the LA area. I went to Raquel's linens for my wedding and they did such a great job!! I loved going to their store and looking at all the beautiful linens they have and you can set them out on a table so you know exactly how it will look for your event. Most other places I went to did not do that for me. And they have so many beautiful choices and the prices were really great. I called a few times to make changes and it was never a problem. I actually chose to pick up my linens myself and they had everything tagged and bagged so that there was no confusion as to what goes where. Also they were all on hangers, no ugly creases. And my napkins were prefolded so that they just had to be placed on the table!! These ladies did it all and were so wonderful! We contact Anabel for a small family party we were having and needed table linens for. The initial call was great. She answered all our questions and gave us some good prices. However after that she went MIA. We tried contacting her thru email and voice mail but she did not return our calls. Not sure if it was because we were a small party and she might be used to working with huge weddings. While Raquel's products are GREAT! I've used them a few times in the last few years and had always gotten great service and product. However, last summer we had a huge shower for my daughter and I couldn't get anyone to call me back to save my life. When I finally did get a hold of Anabel, she was going to call me back. When I never got a call back, that was it for me. I'm hoping they've gotten back on track this past year. It was very disappointing and I hope to use them again in the future if I can get the customer services that's needed. read more
