I would give this company zero stars if I could, we didn't even get a chance to use their services because they canceled our rental at 4pm the day before the party after we had already confirmed it several days prior. They had our address, we had confirmed our address with them multiple times, and they still cancelled the rental the day before the party saying we were outside their service zone. This was my first time using "Jump 4 Fun" and they were absolutely amazing! The customer service dude I spoke to was very personable, funny and helpful, I ordered a 5 in 1 bounce house with the slide and pool... I was shocked they even had the theme I was looking for "Minecraft".. my grandson had the best time ever and all other the other kiddos did too. The pool was the perfect size and was refreshing to have for that hot day, the tiny tots really enjoyed the pool and so did some of the parents. They delivered the day before the party like they said they would. The delivery dude was courtesy and pleasant, and although I was being a little obnoxious on where to set up the bounce house.. he didn't show his annoyance with me. My grandson (5 y/o) and granddaughter (2 y/o) jumped till they came to pick up the bounce house that evening at 8:30 pm. My grand children literally jumped themselves to sleep. I rent a jumper every year. This was my first year renting from this company and I can't say I would rent from them again. To start the driver called me 2 hours before the delivery time and told me he would be arriving in 15 minutes. I asked him 1-5? 15? And he said yes. And I told him my husband would meet him outside. An hour and a half later I had to call him to find out where he was. He told me that he hit traffic and would be to our house in 10 minutes. The jumper was dropped off before our start time but definitely could have used more communication from the driver. Then our end time was 6:30 and at 8 pm (without a phone call) the driver let himself into our backyard (the gate was closed) to start taking down the jumper. Thankfully a family member happened to go outside and tell us a stranger was in our backyard walking to the jumper. He never even rang the doorbell to let us know he had arrived. Now for the jumper. It was 17 years old from its production sticker date and it looked it. It looked run down. The jumper was delivered when it was sprinkling so it needed to be wiped down before the party started. It was filthy. It clearly had not been wiped down or sanitized after the last use (if not the last couple uses). There was a part in the obstacle course where the hole was much bigger than it should be. It was clear the jumper had not been inspected. We had the happiest 4 year old who declared it "the best day ever" - even before her friends showed up for the party! Had a great experience with Jump For Fun. Booked a simple 15x15 Mickey bounce house for a Saturday afternoon party. When I booked, they said Saturdays are extremely busy so they'd drop off Friday. I know early drop off can be a drag for some people, but for me it was a bonus. Gave my kids an extra day to play in it. The driver called half an hour before delivery to make sure I'd be home. The delivery guys were great -- friendly, easy to work with, had the thing set up in a few minutes. And pick up was as expected. They were a little later than we'd discussed, but called about half an hour before they arrived to give me a heads-up. It was the same guys as did the drop off and they were really nice and quick when they showed up. And again, it was just bonus time for the kids to enjoy the bounce house. I despise the fact that I had to give A one because if anything they would be more like a -10 Horrible horrible company not just the delivery person but the worst part of all is the owner so a rash and also a logical and so demeaning and the way he talks to his customers. Jumper was delivered a day early because they did not have space for it they said so we complied without complaining we were told it would be picked up on Sunday however they called it 1035 Saturday night expecting to pick it up and when I said no because we are all in bed asleep they chose to ignore all of my text for the next two days then when I finally got a hold of them on the third day the owner continued to argue and lie saying we would not allow the guard to let them in but we do not even have a guard so clearly that was a made up story. Even went as far to put his delivery man on a three-way call with us to try to verify all his lies but unfortunately for the owner the delivery man at least had a little bit of class and confessed that he was lying about what he said regarding the attempted pick up. He also admitted to calling and hanging up on me twice after he text me at 10:35 PM Saturday night. Wow The owner continue to talk to me as if I was just some dumb ignorant woman he even told me I was cute because I didn't seem to understand the contract which shows how ignorant he was because I was not even the person on the contract I was the person who's home it was at. Three days later when they finally picked up the jumper my neighbor who lives right across the street was cut off and nearly clipped by the jumper trailer on the way into the neighborhood I have reached out to the Better Business Bureau regarding this company and I have done a little bit of research and found there many many complaints against them. I live in an area where my land is of upmost value to me and it's a working property there Jumper took up my working space for three days I never even got as much of an apology or anything after that or for his rudeness. For a business that charges $119 for a basic jumper it seems like a good price but when they store it at your house for three extra days without your consent and then they treat you like crap because they screwed up it is pretty awful and then for the owner to sit there and argue with you and try to degrade you as a human being and curse and just be all around rude I am surprise his company still in business I know when you get on Yelp for a review it shows two different jump for fun's but they are the same company so be careful read more

I have been using this company for our parties for the past 10 years with no problems, so I'm sad to have to leave a bad review this time. We ordered a 60' jumpee/obstacle course for our block party on a Saturday from 12-8pm. The cost was $435. On Friday morning (the day BEFORE our event), they texted me at 6am, telling me that their drivers were in our area and would be delivering the jumpee a day early, instead of Saturday? I told them that it wasn't convenient, and that they wouldn't be able to set it up because it's supposed to be in the middle of the street the following day for a block party. They assured me that this wasn't an issue... that their drivers would just deliver it, leave it in the street, hook up the blowers and all I would need to do is plug it in and all would be good? Needless to say, this was NOT the case. The delivery guys left the 3 HUGE rolls and blowers in my backyard, told me I had to figure out how to get the rolls back out onto the street in the morning and how to hook up the blowers. They gave me an (800) number if I had any questions??? What? Basically, for $435, I had to do their job the day of our event! So the morning of our event, I had to deal with trying to figure out how to set up this 60 ft jumpee that weighs 500 lbs! NOT COOL! Luckily, I had some great neighbors who helped me, but for what I paid for this, they should've set this thing up on the day of the event, like I booked it for over a month beforehand! Very disappointed. They also left it in the middle of our street and didn't come back to pick it up for 24 hours after the original pick up time. read more
