Horrible, dirty, old, broken jumper with tears and rips all over it for over 300 dollars. It should have been thrown away years ago. Can't believe they are still renting this out. They should have a discounted section for old, bounce less, ripped, dirty jumpers for one third of the regular price. That would be the only place the jumper I received belonged. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional. Tried to deliver a day early and told me to do the whole setup myself. We have 3 dogs and this man expected us to leave them locked up for 24 hours. Luckily we found another company that will stick to their contract and deliver on time and had amazing customer service. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I will never use use the company as long as I live. The jumper was FILTHY. It did not inflate 100%. When I placed my order I stated my party was at a public place and I needed same day delivery and pick up. The day before my party they call me demanding it be dropped off the day before because they now had a $5,000 order they needed to complete on the day of my party.! Mind you, my jumper and scheduled drop off and times were already paid for! I call Gibson I guess the owner and he kept telling me NO were bringing the day before I have a $5,000 dollar order that just came in ( like my order was no longer valid and I wasn't an already paid customer!) at one point he even HUNG UP ON ME!!! Oh yeah my guest and I had to set the jumper up ourselves ! This company and the man I had to deal with have no customer service, dirty jumpers, and no regard for a paid customer! First only ordered cuz they promised the jumper was a pumpkin not a layover! So false advertising. Next they did not come get this jumper for nearly a day and a half later. My poor dogs had to be locked up all weekend. So inhumane. Never again. I only paid for this company because they said the jumper was a pumpkin! I'm sad to give such a negative review, but I have to. I reserved a jumper house yesterday, and the equipment was so dirty! It's obvious that nobody washed the inside or the outside after the last use. I had to wipe down the entire inside part with Clorox wipes (I used the whole container of it). In this time of pandemic, I would think that companies would want to make sure that hygiene is the top priority, especially for anything used by children. But I can tell this company doesn't care about cleanliness. Also, we asked for a jumper with obstacles and a basketball hoop inside. Neither of them were there. The drivers were not friendly either. Ordered a blow up water slide for $341.00. The company delivered a slide with a hole in that would not properly inflate. They refused to come replace it, patch it or pick it up until the end of the 8 hour rental, at which point, the employees of the company who picked up the slide admitted that it had a hole in it for over a week and they dropped it off knowing that it was damaged. The company then refused to refund the $341.00. In addition, the individual from the company that we spoke with, Gibson, was aggressive and insulting. In addition to not refunding the money, he proceeded to charge an additional, unauthorized, $170. So, in summary, we paid $511 for a defective and unusable $341.00 slide that took up the entire yard for an entire day and ruined what would have otherwise been a fun children's party. read more

I have been renting from this company since my daughter was 5 and she is now 17 but I've noticed over the years they have a 2.5 star review overall and a host of complaints, after booking I tried to book with another company but everyone was booked up. So I was told they would be here by 12pm and of course while I'm showering they are ringing my bell non stop and ringing my phone at the same time at 9:33am, the delivery man tells me "we will probably be back in the morning due to us having a lot of deliveries and pickups" I agreed that I understood that completely and on they went, now here it is 6:17pm the following day and the rental is still here. I call the business and the driver and text and after no response I called the business back and pressed 2 for technical support and a male answers and tells me pickup might be a few days, oh no! I explain to him as politely as I know how that that arrangement was a no for me as me and my daughter need to park in range of our security cameras and unfortunately if the rental was not collected by 8pm the rental would have to be towed away and he responded by telling me the cost of the equipment and my responsibility for it, I told him no worries as I pay a lawyer by the hour and am a law major so I understood completely my rights and the offer still stands either pick up your rental or it gets towed and he talks and talks and I had to tell him sir I don't care and I'm not one to argue with you so hopefully they collect it before it gets towed. I then received a text from the driver that it will be collected by 8pm and the male from previous conversation calls me back to tell me he told them to come quickly. All this too say follow your first mind and too also do business where you are respected as a customer and valued, I have been doing business with this place for all these years and to have them lose me and have no respect in the tone or the matter itself is troubling, and to mention the male who I talked to from the company talked so down to me I had to inform him I don't lack comprehension. If you do rent from here do NOT give them a credit card; pay half cash at drop off and the remaining at pick up because he will charge your card without your authorization, and he will tell you lies, treat you and speak with you like you are an idiot. I'm extremely shocked he is still in business. I regret that I didn't read the reviews prior. The company has the worst customer service; I never thought customer service with a company could be that awful. First off I wanted to order one machine, the snow cone machine. He told me it's the same price for both the snow cone and cotton candy machine. When I got the invoice the machines where billed seperate one for $75 and one for $79. He sent us a broken cotton candy machine, charged me for it. When I called him the next day asking him for a refund on the machine; he basically laughed at me; He said I should have called him during the party so he could have fixed it over the phone. ROFL. First off, as you all know when you have 25 kids waiting in line for cotton candy at the end of the party getting ready to leave the last thing you'd think of is to call the owner.... LMAO. Secondly, there were men there that diagnosed it and could have fixed it if it was fixable. He said won't refund my money; he said he would give me a credit of $25 dollars for my next rental. Like I'm going to rent from him again and hope that others read this and don't rent from him. Then he proceed to charge my card without my authorization. My husband decided to call him because he is a small business owner so he wanted to talk with him. In the end he ended up refunding me $25 dollars so he still owes me $60 dollars. read more

Brought the jumper a day early due to lack of drivers. Suppose to pick up the next day (Sunday) between 8-11pm. It's now Tuesday and it's still in our yard! No response from the company as to when it will be picked up. Thinking we should charge daily storage fees and damage to lawn or call city for large item pick up? Not reliable. Just changed review to one star after we called them since they ignored texts. They won't pick up till tomorrow between 11-5. These people know nothing about customer satisfaction and loyalty. Unfortunately, we just learned about it with this last rental. My sister has used this company on several occasions. She always gets it for the same time range with a pickup at 8 p.m.. This last time she got it, they picked it up at 6 p.m. and claimed that our contract was until 5:30 pm. We asked him to look at her prior reservations to see that she always gets it until 8 p.m. They confirmed it to be true but then claimed that this one was different. It made no sense and instead of them keeping a loyal customer happy, they just took her money and didn't bother to offer any type of compensation. She will never rent from them again. They have proven themselves very unprofessional, only caring about money and not customer satisfaction. This is supported by the fact that they never arrive on time or pick up on time. They've left the jumper for several days after scheduled pickup twice before. The one and only time she called to complain, they treated her like a liar and someone who had never rented from them in the past. read more

Since I can't give a zero, then one star will have to do. I ordered a jumper, tables and chairs for a party that started at 2pm. Delivery was suppose to be between 7a-12p. I called at 11:12am, no answer; called 6x between 12:13-12:16pm, still no answer. I then get a call back at 12:17p stating their 800 number is down and that my rentals should arrive at 1:30p (my event STARTS at 2PM!). Well, of course, 1:30p comes around and STILL NO RENTALs! I then continue to call back the number that initially called me and NO ANSWER. I get a call at 1:40p stating the driver will arrive at 2pm. I ask to speak to the manager but per the lady on the phone he is not there but will call me re: compensation. By now I am sure you can guess, but at 2pm there were no rentals and no call from the manager! I proceed to call the company over and over and over, and this time there was NO answer, AT ALL and no call back! The driver showed up to my house at 2:30p. By this time, I Have approx 15 guest sitting in my house and approx 10 guest standing around outside. I spoke to the manager (Richard) who was beyond nonchalant about the entire situation. Disregard for the delay in delivery, the lack of professionalism and the disregard for the inconvenience of me having my guests have to help set up the tables and unpack the chairs they merely dropped off in the middle of my yard. Per my conversation with Richard, I was given a "prorated" price of $150 instead of $212. I got a mere, "I'll give it to you for $150". Really, you're not doing me a favor by lowering the price. I have the money to pay. Its the lack of professionalism and disregard of your customers thats the issue here, not the price! Delays occur and things come up in any given situation; however, individuals could be more understanding if there was consistent communication re: these issues. Instead, you wait to make contact with a customer that your phones don't work after they try and contact you 6x, after the driver is suppose to arrive? Yeah, it DOES NOT work that way! read more

These people are a joke. Showed up 2 hours late after I paid extra to deliver at a certain time. Then they showed up with a monsters inc jumper instead of a "MONSTER TRUCK" jumper. Definitely a language barrier! The lady in the office was useless. The owner did not answer the phone. I guess he had more important things to do instead of taking care of his customers. We have been leaving messages after messages and still no return phone call. Don't waste your time with these clowns, find someone else. Don't go through what we had to go through. I rented a waterslide for today when they got her 1.5 hour late with a different item than ordered. After many attempts to reach them I finally did and the manager have his nerves to tell me I'm lucky I even got a slide when I paid a deposit at the time I ordered. I been renting different kinds of jumpers here for the past 6 years and I even recommended them to my 2 sisters for their kids party and we like their service until last month when we rented a jumper for our kids. The delivery time was scheduled to be 1 pm but it's was past 4 pm already and the jumper was not delivered yet. And i never receive any call from them to let me know they will be so late. They came at almost 5 pm. Then put put up the jumper I was inside my house then when I got out their gone already. I told the kids to go in the jumper but when I saw the jumper I was pissed off ! It's soaking wet inside and out and it's was really filthy dirty !! So I called the people that delivered it and I told them about it then they came back. The lady said ' all I can do is wife it off with paper towel ' are u freaking serious! Would u let your kids go in a filthy looking jumper.even I she wipe it dry it would still be dirty. So I ask them if they have extra jumper and lucky me they do. But of course not the one that I order it was only a basic one but at least it's not wet and dirty. I allies their supervisor and he gave me a $20 discount. But I'm still not satisfied coz I ordered the jumper coz I have kids waiting for it and they didn't come til 5 pm. It was kind of dark already. And that lady has a bad attitude keeps telling they have more delivery to do but I ask her to wait coz I was talking to their supervisor and then she called her partner and told him to get the jumper coz I don't want to pay!! I found Jump for Fun online and ordered a jumper, chairs and tables from their very easy to use website. I then got on Yelp and saw they did not have the best reviews. I am not going to lie, it made me very nervous. However, they showed up early which was great, had excellent customer service and the products were great. They were even short one children's table and even though I did not need it and told them it was no big deal, they still went and got me one to fill the order. I will definitely be using this company again! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because I wish the tables would have been a bit cleaner, but most rental companies that I have used, have been about the same. Party started at 3pm and the jumper was due to arrive between 7am-1pm the day of. 1:30pm came around and i tried calling the 800 number and their phones weren't working. Finally someone called me at 2:00pm and said the driver is running late and is in route and should be to my house at 2:30pm. They didn't show up until 4:45pm! Party was almost near the end, the kids were looking forward to having the jumper. The driver approached me and asked what I wanted to do and I asked for a discount and he had to call the owner (was told his name is Richard) and he offered me $39 jumper but I couldn't have the banner i had ordered, that it had to be plain. They had already taken the $59 deposit from my account and words were spoken. He said some really inappropriate words to me and "do I really care about your $79, your party is almost over any way." Absolutely the worst jump rental place I've ever dealt with. The drivers attempted to pick up the jumper at 1 o'clock in the morning knocked on my door rang the doorbell woke up my entire family. When I explain to them it was too late they continue to call my house and wait outside saying that since we were already awake now that I needed to let them in the backyard. I explain to them that I wasn't going to have them go in the backyard and make noise for all the neighbors and that if they didn't leave I was going to call the police. they continue to badger my wife and yell from the phone. Then when I tried to call and explain what it happened to the supervisor the next day they said that they only pick up on Saturdays and it would have to be a week or two away. A week went by and i called to remind them and they said that they weren't going to be able to do it again. So if you like poor customer service like to be harassed in the middle of the night and plan on having your jumpy for an unknown amount of time which you have to fold up and put away yourself and this would be the company to go with, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY read more

I placed my order in late March over the internet for a June birthday party for my 6 year old. I confirmed the day before and the operators acted as if everything was fine. The next morning they were supposed to be at my house between 8:30-10:30AM (The party was at 12:00) I called every hour to confirm, the operators kept hanging up on me after I gave them my order number. I just had a terrible feeling in my gut that things were not ok. Finally at 10:30, I texted and called a "manager" named Gibson a few times before he picked up. His exact words to me were "It's not gonna happen." I started to cry and get emotional on the phone and he told me he would GPS my address and "see" what he could do. He mentioned that he had a "Jaws" waterslide (This is NOT the water slide that I ordered) in his truck and "might" be able to drop that off. This was at 10:45AM, my party was at 12:00 and he was in Los Angeles, I live in Corona!!! We managed to contact another company who came through for us. Thank God! Worst experience and feeling ever when you have a party in 1 hour with 40 6-year-olds coming over and you are told "it's not gonna happen." I know their website is great, your child gets to pick out the waterslide/jumper that he or she wants and everything is just so easy and convenient. The pictures look great........however you better be ok with no one showing up!!! ****I want to add that Gibson showed up around 12:00, he showed up because I called repeatedly and became emotional. Had I not called and texted and tried to confirm repeatedly, NO ONE WAS GOING TO LET ME KNOW THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO BE GETTING MY WATERSLIDE! I paid $20 to hold my order in March, I called and now waiting to see if I will be receiving that deposit back. read more

They sent us a confirmation the Saturday before the party saying they would deliver the slide as promised. Three days before the party they called and canceled. The party is on a Thursday.
