They were supposed to come out on two separate occasions to clean our windows and never showed or even called on both! Their conduct was both unprofessional and quite rude. The very least they could have done was to just pick up the phone and let me know that they had decided not to do the job or reschedule for another time. This conduct inexcusable and very unprofessional. I contact them in both cases and the first time the excuse was plausible. The second no show time the excuse was not realistic and obviously made up. I was curtly told that he would check on why the crew did not show and get back to me and he hung up immeditally after that statement. The "crew" consisted of the father and son! He would then not accept any calls until I called from another number. Again, rude and curt with no real excuse. After calling back a few other times and directly going into voice mail I gave up and decided to go this route. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
