The quality of work on our kids' bathroom was absolutely outstanding -- every detail was done perfectly. Beyond the craftsmanship, what really set him apart was how he works. He showed up every single day exactly when he said he would, always positive and professional. He was incredibly thoughtful, detail-oriented, and constantly checked in to make sure even the smallest things were done exactly how we wanted -- including things we wouldn't have thought to ask for. He was very budget-conscious, transparent every step of the way, and flexible with sourcing materials -- happy to pick things up himself or let us handle it. He stuck to his timeline, worked efficiently without ever feeling rushed, and made it clear from day one that he wouldn't leave until we were 100% satisfied. Communication was excellent -- always responsive, easy to reach by text or email, and genuinely kind and professional. His pricing was extremely competitive for the level of quality we received. And as a bonus, he and his girlfriend even delivered cookies to clients at Christmas -- just another example of how much pride and care he puts into his work and relationships. It's clear he's built this business on his own through hard work and integrity. We would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him without hesitation.

However, given the clear communication, knowledgeable consultation and timely completion of my plumbing infrastructure project, I know SCDI Construction will be my first and only call for all my projects from now on. The bid he provided was very reasonable, and he didn't bill a cent extra, despite doing extra work. Joe obtained all the necessary city permits, coordinated all the sub-contractors (all reputable local companies; electrical, glass, plumbing, flooring, etc.); every day there was clear progress. All we had to do was pick out flooring (at a nearby company) and pick out paint colors! His communication was excellent from start to finish and the best part...he's a really nice guy.

Rich used his incredible creativity to design and build the roof to look like it came as a part of our original house. You cannot tell it is an add-on 17 years after our home was built. It perfectly blends in with the original home and yet it is brand new. We had some unique and challenging requests in what we wanted and Rich's energy and creativity was able to pull it off, just liked we hoped. It came out perfect. I don't know how Rich and his team could have done any better and he kept it all within his original quote, even though he did incur some unexpected expenses. We volunteered to cover some of those extra expenses, because they were not his fault, but he would not let us. If you want someone with so much experience and knowledge and skill and creativity and honesty and transparent communication skills - you better call Rich. Thank you Rich! We will enjoy the fruit of your labor the rest of our lives. Gene
