Honest pricing, great service, and a team that clearly cares about their customers. It's hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but these guys have earned my business. The second time we came in to get our canopy the sales man was very rude again informing us that we were late and chastising us. We believed our appt to be at 12:30 but they claimed it was 11:30. We arrived at 12:10 ish. We live 4 hours driving away from this location so it is a fairly major trip for us. Not only did we have to make it twice but we were insulted and belittled. If this canopy had not already been paid for we would have left. We will absolutely not be coming here again.

The truck went out of control on a wet and muddy construction site and after sliding sideways over wet clay, flipped over onto its top. When I went with the police officer to the accident site I could see the canopy resting on top of boulders, virtually intact but the roof of the cab was crushed. Had there been no canopy to absorb the impact, I fear not all the boys would have walked away unscathed. I will definitely buy another Rang Rider Canopy for the next GMC Sierra I purchase to replace the truck that is now resting in the scrap yard. Great products, great service.

My truck is hardly used and I don't pull a trailer or abuse this truck. On a family vacation in July 2023 my truck broke down. Over $1000.00 to get it towed back to Edmonton just to have my mechanic tell me the transmission was shot. 21000kms!!!!!!!!! And the transmission was shot????????? I realize the warranty is for 2 years or 40000kms but 21000kms is ridiculous. The mechanics I talked to agreed that a transmission should not only last 21000kms even after the 2 year warranty expires. Needless to say , i was not impressed. I called Can west to see what they could do to help me out. Well, they didn't seem to interested because ''' it's past the two year warranty''. They said they would pay for labour but I still had to pay for parts. $2600.00 later....Can West also stated that the problem was the parts in the transmission[which they replaced in 2020]. I called another transmission company and they quoted me $2600.00-$2800.00. So I'm not really sure what I saved???? Tow truck ,mechanic, new transmission, waste of time. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Bottom line : I'm out $4000.00 for a Transmission that lasted 21000kms. I would recommend you go elsewhere.

I wound up going with a Burton Deep Thinker from last season, and at 40% off, I was thrilled. Easy Rider has a huge selection of snowboards, boots and bindings as well as a good selection of outer wear. They also carry some pretty specific boards for carving and backcountry that you don't see in your average shop.
