Whenever the main issue turned out to be on the power company's side, he stayed with me to make sure the power company knew what was wrong when I called...which turned out to be an hour long hold! We filed a troubleshooting ticket and this evening the power company showed up and finally fixed the problem! I will be contacting Tygart Electric in the future for any electrical issues!!! Unfortunately, the second time they did nothing but investigate, (for about 20 minutes tops), report that it likely wasn't sewage, and charged us $323.00!!! For 3 hours at $94 per hour plus a truck fee. We complained, and at first they seemed willing to discuss. But we paid the bill in a timely manner, and from that moment on, crickets, to our further inquiries. UPDATE 10/25/2021: Jordan Simon reached out to us after seeing our online reviews, and as a result of our conversation, the company has refunded a good portion of the charge. They offered to refund the entire amount, but we felt it was fair to pay some portion of the bill since they did come out and inspect. So more stars added to our review because in the end, they did respond to our grievance and we are satisfied.

James was amazing working with me about... first doing the bare minimum to get it up to code and make it possible for us to work in there, for example 1 functioning light and 1 good outlet in every room, and... second, to make plans about coming back and continuing the work after I knew what I want to do with the building as far as what walls will still remain or be moved, where the appliances will be, stuff like that. He also did his best to reuse anything that was still there. He had to put in new breakers because the box was new. BUT, knowing that I sell on eBay he let me know that all the old breakers were valuable and I could easily sell them. The final price of phase 1 was significantly below the estimate which was a nice surprise! James was also wonderful about our irregular schedule. All of the crew were friendly and fabulous.
