Since it wasn't an emergency, I decided not to pay the weekend rate. He showed up on time Monday and tried to snake the clog loose. After quite a bit of effort, he decided it would be best to replace a pipe, which he did the next day since it was getting late. He replaced the pipe quickly and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. He also was very reasonable with his price. I then showed him a leaky toilet, and he gave me an estimate. I didn't anticipate it getting worse so soon, so I called him a couple days later and he got fixed quickly and quite reasonably!

Multiple knocked over utility poles & power outages/surges, ruined a road that was paved roughly a year before he started, filled ditches in a state road rite of way, plugged culverts, dirt escaping onto other people's property, need for a car wash every time you go out the road, dangerous road conditions from multiple inches of mud & ice buildup in winter. Total disregard for anybody but himself. Jim Hefner on the other hand was willing to have a conversation about this and I am currently hoping he pulls through and this situation gets corrected.
