Took it to Walter at Mighty Bright and within 8 hours he retrieved the old OS, diagnosed the problem, and installed new up to date hard drive, and updated from windows 10 to the latest version of windows 11. This guy is on top of his game! Walked in the office door and he immediately started on the repair. The repair price overwhelmed me because i thought it was going to be several hundred dollars and it wasn't. I highly recommend him for repairs if you have problems with your PC.
