Got an appointment very quickly, and if it hadn't been for someone on my side interfering with progress by bringing the wrong keys etc, probably would have gotten the furnace fixed very quickly too. But here's the great thing: at every turn, Rexroad was on the phone explaining what's going on and where to go from there. When everything got fixed, I was expecting a massive bill because of at least two false trips to the property, but the charges were what I would expect for a typical in-and-out weekday repair at a reasonable rate. If I have another HVAC problem, I'll call Rexroad first.

They did not have all the parts they needed on the first visit. On the second visit they did not…read morehave all the parts they needed again. They did not notice that they did not have all the parts until they had cut through the copper line that was to be repaired. It took them 15 minutes to find the parts in there truck. They worked for 2 hours & 15 minutes. That included the repair to the copper line he cut through. He wanted paid for the full hour for the first visit that he only worked 30 minutes. They wanted $300 for the labor. That is 3 hours of work. There truck was a mess. They are very disorganized on parts. They did not even give me a receipt.
