Well, the compressor went out, and they said they could install a brand new unit the next day. So bright and early they showed up, got the old one out, and the new one in. It took about 2 hours, and it was humming along nicely. The cost came out to $2,300 (OUCH!), but hey welcome to the joys of home ownership, amiright? Really the price was very fair for the service i received, and now my home is cool and pleasant. Thank you to Marple for the great job, and i would readily recommend them if you have any kind of air conditioning problems out here.

They did not notice that they did not have all the parts until they had cut through the copper line that was to be repaired. It took them 15 minutes to find the parts in there truck. They worked for 2 hours & 15 minutes. That included the repair to the copper line he cut through. He wanted paid for the full hour for the first visit that he only worked 30 minutes. They wanted $300 for the labor. That is 3 hours of work. There truck was a mess. They are very disorganized on parts. They did not even give me a receipt.

Google them and you too will see it says 24/7 emergency services. Again, she has paid for a contractual service agreement with them. The woman said they wouldn't be available until THURSDAY!!!! They have NO ON CALL PLUMBERS AVAILABLE!!! Also, in the past they have had to "fix" the same problem with the faucet in the kitchen MULTIPLE times... in other words, the problem was NOT fixed but had to be repaired AND PAID FOR multiple times. She has gone to purchase gallons of water, and said she will not renew her contract with them again. The people have always been nice when they come to the house, but what good is that if the problems keep recurring, or if they and their 24/7 SERVICES ARE NOT ACTUALLY AVAILABLE FOR SIX FREAKIN DAYS?!?!?!
