I needed electric put in into a building that was vacant for years and vagrants had even stolen the copper wiring out of the walls. James was amazing working with me about... first doing the bare minimum to get it up to code and make it possible for us to work in there, for example 1 functioning light and 1 good outlet in every room, and... second, to make plans about coming back and continuing the work after I knew what I want to do with the building as far as what walls will still remain or be moved, where the appliances will be, stuff like that. He also did his best to reuse anything that was still there. He had to put in new breakers because the box was new. BUT, knowing that I sell on eBay he let me know that all the old breakers were valuable and I could easily sell them. The final price of phase 1 was significantly below the estimate which was a nice surprise! James was also wonderful about our irregular schedule. All of the crew were friendly and fabulous. paid $200 for "service fee" and first guy pulled wire that I traced and I asked for new line to be installed for new dishwasher on it's own breaker. Dishwasher gets installed and no power. call company back and the second person does all the same tracing and tells me the line at junction box is dead and there's a freed up breaker! HUH?? Then he proceeds to tell me it will be another &200 service call plus $250! These guys are ripoffs! Be warned! read more

Prompt and Courteous James came out to check what needed done & gave me an estimate. It was reasonable so he came out to do the job. Ran a little late for another appointment & asked if he could come back in a couple of days. Came back & finished & cleaned up also took a look at a few more jobs I'm thinking of. Told him I would call when we were ready for those to be done. He did a very good job and everything works properly. I will definitely call him for any other electrical work. Absolutely not. This company needs to take a course in customer service. Jimmy (the owner) came to one of my properties in Philippi, WV to do an estimate on rewiring my home, he is very polite and knowledgeable but he did not contact me like he guaranteed. We talked for about one hour and walked through the home looking at the outlets and checking the current wiring and he told us that it would be possible to rewire the home and even gave us a rough estimate of the cost. We were then told we would be receiving our estimate in a few days and still to this day we have not been emailed or contacted in any way by this company, so we decided to go with a different company to get the job done.
