Took the day…read moreoff work to be home and after 2 hours of waiting called the office to inquire when the handyman would be on site. I was told that unfortunately they no longer offer this service and 'forgot' to notify me. How do you 'forget' to notify a customer? When pressed, the manager admitted they knew my appointment was scheduled, they just never thought to call, text or email me. So if you value your time (and money) don't book Andy on Call, as you stand a good chance of not having a handyman show up to do the work.
