After explaining my situation with what my vehicle was doing they seemed very happy to help me. They squeezed me in at the very end of the day, diagnosed my car and I authorized the work and shortly was on the road to my family.  The mechanic was very knowledgeable and explained in full detail so that I understood. Ashley, the office administrator was my 1st contact when I called and she made me feel important and was eager to help. Chad told me, that JUST IN CASE there was a leak, he put some dye in the system! Went to go pay and I dont know how it came up, but the nice lady inside alluded to having some native artifacts.... Erik thinks he might have one at the other shop--but it will take a day or two for him to find it. No worries! He finds it and fixed it for under $200 and doesn't charge me for the parts since he already had them!

We took it to Corvette Express, Abi and Gina work the counter and are both very well versed in Corvettes and offer exceptional customer service. We had replaced the entire system ourselves, but could not find a pesky leak. The techs there identified a Shrader Valve and charged us $6.00 to replace it. We also had the A/C - Heater Control Unit rebuilt and now the system works better than it did when new. The techs, the girls and the owner are all very nice and take care of their customers like family. Each year they put on a car show in their parking lot and promises a good time for all! The car goes nowhere else other than Corvette Express!

The ones I had gotten just a short while ago from a local auto supplier--not Oliver's. My mom patronizes and loves this service business, so I took a chance they could at least diagnose what to do to solve the squeaks. I realized I did *not* want to hear that noise every time the wipers moved for the hour trip to Fairfield and another hour back. Not only did they realize I needed new wiper blades, but had my exact type in stock. Impressive. They installed them for me, and even graciously applied RainX. Both changes fixed the squeak. And I recall paying more at that other place than what Oliver's charged me. All three employees were friendly, smiling, and engaging in chat while doing their part. When I went to pay, the cashier already had the invoice printed. It literally was a minute after I got there. Thank you, team. Not only did you rectify the issue--and expediently, but also I was on my way without making me late to my destination.

What a roller coaster. Luckily, I was still covered under the warranty, and it is in the dealers' hands now. Pray for me!
