Instead of just going ahead with the oil change, they took the time to check my history and let me know that since I used Mobil 1 oil last time, I'm actually covered for up to 10,000 miles. They explained that my car is simply set to alert me at 5,000 miles, so I didn't need an oil change yet. They easily could have taken my money since I came in expecting to pay, but their honesty really stood out. That level of integrity is rare and truly appreciated. They were kind enough to squeeze me in right before the end of their day, which I appreciated. In addition to the oil change service, the gentleman working on my car let me know that there were two minor maintenance issues he could take care of real quick (just a couple filters that needed replacing.) I was able to purchase the filters there for a reasonable price and he replaced them with no added labor cost. Also checked my tires and topped off my fluids.
