They offer a clean place to bring your vehicle, from the time you pull in and see the irking lit litter free and organized, to pulling your car in the service center, waiting in the waiting area and paying to finalize the service. Extremely clean place to do business and wait. Staff are warm, efficient and helpful. I would say my only request (not a gripe, a request) have more tea options and maybe some snacks for those waiting. Not a deal breaker by any means, it would just be the sprinkles on the which always adds that special touch.

We looked at it, liked it, and purchased it. We were very happy with the vehicle itself, but the service was the exact opposite. They threw extra charges onto our bill without explaining them and added them to our loan amount without first confirming with us (that took a few phone calls and texts to fix), we took it back to them to have new tires put on and when we tried to contact them about picking it up, they purposely ignored our calls. We eventually had to call their main line to be transferred to the salesman, who was very surprised/disappointed to be getting our call (without caller ID). Once we finally picked up our vehicle, I asked that they mail us our updated paperwork with receipts for everything. The salesman told us he mailed everything last week. Well, after 2 weeks of waiting, it finally showed up in the mail, post marked for 2 days AFTER he said he mailed them last week. I know something like that is petty, but the lengths they took to lie or ignore us on very simple and short questions was awful. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime from a few different dealerships, but this transaction was by far the worst experience we have had. We told them we would be repeat customers every 3 years (to upgrade for a company pickup) but surely we will now take our business elsewhere. DO NOT recommend.

They kept their appointment, worked seamlessly with my insurance company, got me a rental while working with my insurance company too, finished exactly when they said they would, and came in within $20 of the estimate! The work is excellent. OEM parts and the paint matches perfectly, which I did not expect given my car is 11 years old! I fully recommend Dale's for any auto body work you may need in northern Minnesota!

Over a two day period the project was completed with expertise. I also hadn't asked about cost until the project was finished. I was pleasantly surprised and unaware that there are standard rates for handyman work. The bill was far less than I expected to pay, and also received some discounts. Don't trust this guy. He ripped me off when he sold me a used car. He never transferred the title…read morebut said he did. I've gone around and around with him on this. I did a title search and found out it is still in his name and that it was sold for scrap 2 years after he sold it to me. I know he hasn't sold it for scrap because the piece of junk (which quit working a half-year after I bought it) is still sitting on the side of my yard rusting away. I'm trying to get it out of my yard to a scrap dealer's lot (not his!) but can't because this bum still owns it.

I have been a long time customer of about 12 years plus,and I have had docks installed, bought a…read morewood boat from them and paid to refinish it several times. I referred them to neighbors I stored boats, and Ice houses with them in the past. I was totally ignored as I asked about dock install times, emails, texts to the owner, calls to the 99 office number. I even sold my boat and referred them for work on the boat. I did not receive call back regarding shore station replacement , install ETA times, or any other requests. I had to get someone else to install my docks this year. They don't care, and do not use them as they have too much business and have little concern to respond to customers.
