    People Beware! If they can do this to me, they can do it to anyone. I only hope no one else goes…read morethrough something like this-its awful!!! I paid to have Jack & Don's in Hibbing, MN tow my vehicle to the dealership in Duluth for warranty issue & it was drivable at the time. On the way down to Duluth Mike (company owner I was told) was involved in a car accident that also damaged my vehicle on the back of the flat bed. My vehicle is now undrivable from the damage sustained in the accident & sitting waiting for repairs. I am disgusted that Jack & Don's crashed my car on Tuesday 12/22/20, and even though I spoke with Shari on 12/23/20 at 10am, Jack & Don's still did not disclose to me that my car was involved in a wreck, nor details of the accident. Shari's excuse was "Mike was going to call me the next day while he was finally driving my car to Duluth." So he was going to call me while driving from his non-hands free flip phone - thats illegal. And how about some follow thru to make sure that was actually done?! It was 5 days later before someone not affliated with Jack & Don's, who saw the wreck, notified me of the accident on 12/28/2020. Jack & Don's does not want to take responsibility for their actions. And instead have lied about details of the accident (the police report & accident pictures do not lie regardless what Shari wants to say) and hid the accident - they did not disclose to me about the accident, they did not inform their insurance company my car was involved, and did not even offer to refund the $350 they charged me for the tow. And because Jack & Don's did not disclose my vehicle being present in their care at the time of the accident, it further complicated & slowed down the insurance process to get the needed repairs for my vehicle. All of which could have been avoided if Jack & Don's was upfront & honest about the situation. My stress level is through the roof, I had to miss work & lose more wages, and finally get the police report with pictures of the accident and I am truly sickened by Jack & Don's horrible behavior through this whole ordeal. Mike (Jack & Don's employee) was struck by another large truck, went off the road into the ditch, hit 2 trees head on and doesn't think that would cause damage to my car chained on the back?! Seriously?! Unreal. They haven't even offered to refund my tow fee! So basically I paid them $350 to trash my car, stress me out, lie to me, deny the damage they did, cause me to lose more money, and be stuck without a car for weeks. I don't know what to do first cry or puke!

The tow truck driver was awesome and very courteous and I wish I would have gotten his name so I could mention him personally, as it was reassuring that he was on his way.

My brand new 2024…read morewagoner has been there 3 times in the last month for the same problem that I was told was fixed by the updates they did the first two visits and yet every time I took it home it came right back, issue Was never fixed and still not . Not only that but after the third time they then say oh it's a well known mopar issues there is nothing we can do about it after having my vehicle there for the 3rd time and paying $1,400 out of pocket The issues still remain unresolved. The 3 time I came to get my keys and the guy threw the keys on the counter and was very rude so of course I was rude right back and proceeded to try to tell me he was going to cancel my order and that I didn't pay for it when In fact I did because in order to have A part ordered you have to pay for it and no this part is not for the issue that I fact still remains and issues it was for a different one then tells me that can cover my diagnostic And I said I don't f** think so I already paid for my part you aren't canceling anything that I already paid for and keeping my money. I requested higher up come out and talk to me no one would they hid behind the desk wouldn't come out I called multiple times and finally spoke with the owner Pete and tried telling him what happened and every time I would talk he would rudely interrupt me would not let me finish anything i said tried saying telling me all the staff said I was rude every time I came in when in facts I wasn't I have recording of the conversation and told him that and he did not like that I said I had them so bull crap when he called me he automatically assumed I was a dude but if he had watch the video from the altercation he would have known I fact I was not a dude not only that while I was trying to tell him and explain what happened he kept cutting me off and the proceeded to tell me all I wanted to do was argue when all I was doing was trying to tell him what happend and told him to stop interrupting me and let me speak he didn't like that and hung up on me. the Owners customer service and employee customer service not all but a few in the parts is absolutely terrible I will never do business with them ever again my husband has done all of our business through them and will no longer be the case sad how a business is ran with such poor quality service. since I won't let me reply to Kellys comment I will update it here I have recordings of while I spoke to your employees when I brought my vehicle to you guys . I was never rude up until after the 3 time my vehicle had been to your establishment for the same problem when after the first two times I was told the issue was fixed with the updates you guys preformed again which I have recording of but yet took the vehicle home and the problem still persisted and still it a problem. I never hung up on your employee until after I told him I will be in to come get my vehicle because obviously you guys lack the capability to fix the problem after the 3rd time my vehicle was at your establishment for the same problem , I myself Was never personally rude on the phone did I become rude once I got to the dealer and your employee had thrown the keys on the counter and becomes disrespectful and rude towards my husband and I and telling me he was going to cancel my order that I had already paid for and proceeded to tell me I didn't pay for any of it when in fact I have bank statements and paper work showing I did and then he proceeds to tell me that'll just cover my diagnostic. so yes absolutely I sure did yell at him I will not tolerate being spoken to the way he spoke to us you guys are unprofessional and terrible at business. doesn't matter where I purchased the vehicle as it was purchased through a jeep dealer it can be serviced anywhere at any jeep dealer. Hard to meet expectations when you couldn't fix the same problem 3 times of it being at the facility and then the third time of it being at the shop I was then told told oh its a known mopar issue sorry no fix. but was told after the two visits that the issue was fixed after the updates when in fact was not.
