Had an accident while I was on vacation and a local fellow suggested I get my body work done at Dale's. It was the best advice and Dale's was great! They kept their appointment, worked seamlessly with my insurance company, got me a rental while working with my insurance company too, finished exactly when they said they would, and came in within $20 of the estimate! The work is excellent. OEM parts and the paint matches perfectly, which I did not expect given my car is 11 years old! Dale's Auto Body Shop and Collision Repair Center did a superb job on our truck repair. After getting estimates from area Auto Body shops, we decided to have Dale's do the job. They were very professional & answered all of our questions. Our insurance did not cover for a rental car so we were very pleased with the fast turn around time. We dropped our truck off on Wednesday at 8am and was able to pick it up on Friday after 2pm. I'm hoping not to hit a deer again but if I do, I will definitely use Dale's Auto Body Shop again. read more

Had to bring my car back 2 times after it was "done" to get the things fixed that they missed. They seemed very careless with their work. I also got a bill from dales after my insurance paid them and dales said that insurance would not cover some of the cost. If I'm not mistaken, they need to clear the things they are going to fix with the insurance adjuster before fixing it. I called dales and the guy laughed at me and said that since its already fixed, I have to pay. I am now trying to contact my insurance company to get out of this bill. I would suggest going to some guy working out of his garage before going to dales! Will never go here again. This all started 4 months ago by the way and my car still has scratches from the accident that they missed. I was just sick of bringing it back and having to get rentals. read more

Reliable, trustworthy, quick, and top quality. We hit a deer driving up to Grand Rapids for a 4-day vacation and despite being very busy, they got an emergency repair done for us quickly. Furthermore, upon request, Paul went above and beyond and detailed for us the work that remained to be done, so that we could be well informed when looking for an auto body shop near home to finish it up. He was very busy and did this just to be helpful - he got nothing for it. What a gem. read more
