This place was actually really awesome. I've been meaning to check out Rapha in NYC and just haven't gotten around to it so when I was visiting Miami and saw there was a store there it was a no brainer. Although they didn't have jerseys I liked in my size or style they did have the sunglasses I was looking for and the person who helped me (totally didn't get her name!) was so incredibly genuine and down to earth I appreciated the whole experience of just being in the store! This new location is beautiful, bigger and spacious corner store. Great kit collection, a coffee shop inside and then there's Kevin! Terrible service. A young man working at this store shows zero effort to help the customers find what they need. After asking for a particular item, he insisted that they had none. I found the item moments later, and he pretended as if he had not denied this. Not shopping here again for any of my cycling apparel needs, and would recommend others to avoid given the poor customer service. Oh, and good luck with returns. read more

Rapha has some great cycling clothing, among the best in the world. Great funtional design that gets lets you enjoy long and short rides alike. Five starts for the clothing!! The store in Miami is very nice. Most of the girls & guys at Rapha are very nice. Maybe the biggest challenge for Rapha in Miami is that it is a store, not a cycling club like most their other stores in world. If you are expecting the awesomeness of the club feel you get in Santa Monica, San Francisco, Boulder, Hong Kong, Mayorca or Seattle; my friend, I am sorry that tell you that you will be disapointed. The managment in Miami is not into RCC (rapha cycling club), I guess they just ride on the easy money that pours from customers from Latin America that pass through Miami and can not order online from there. Also, the group rides are just not exiting. It does take some effort to make cycling exiting in Miami because its rather flat, and Rapha Miami does not try, so it could get really boring riding with them. Big differance from riding with most rapha stores across the world. As a club they get 2 star :( read more

The Rapha Miami Clubhouse is simply the best. Folks are terrific, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly & inviting. One of many examples, I was in need of a replacement helmet & Rapha Miami searched the country to get me my RCC Helmet replacement from New York, that is service. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. If you are anywhere in Miami visiting or otherwise, this is a destination spot. You will not be disappointed. read more
