Do not use for pool install. The installers were friendly, however they do not know how to communicate. My install was botched, piece missing, they broke part of my French drain, left their personal trash, don't take any trash whatsoever, installed pool too close to the electrical...but wait he didn't see it after I pointed out to him...a 4ft pole is invisible apparently. The owner is like sorry lady your fault. They don't know pool codes for PA. They have no business installing pools. read more

This review is about ranson pools. Same company Most definitely would not recommend. Worst customer service and communication ever. Company came out on Tuesday June 22nd. This day was particularly cool out and they said they got everything done but tried stretching the liner and could not sp they put some water in and said they would be back in the morning. So they came out on the 23rd and all the water was out of the pool. They discovered that there was a rip in the seam (magically). Heard from the office and she said the guys will be out Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. I will let you know for sure by Saturday. So Saturday comes and goes, no word. Tried to reach out. No response. The entire week goes vacation, after me reaching out by phone and text with no word. Finally heard from the office on Friday July 2nd that they would be out Monday Monday 5th. So they came out and left in the middle of the job with the liner laying out in my yard, pieces of pool laying out, trash (both from the pool and wawa trash) also laying out in my yard. Tried to call the company, text, email....about 100 times. No response. Finally had to call the company we bought the pool from. He reached out to his contact. Several more hours go by and we still haven't heard why they left. Called pool company again. He says oh yes I talked to them hours ago. They said the sand was too wet so they couldn't put the liner in, I told them to call you. Yeah. They never did. So finally Tuesday morning I hear from the office. I was that the sand was too wet (well NO kidding when you leave a liner in a pool with a hole in it for 2 weeks when it had been raining) and we were going to have to buy ANOTHER TON of sand and wait until whenever the sand dries. Obviously not happy with this answer as it was going to be raining again and how am I supposed to keep the sand dry. My husband reaches out to the office manager. Very rude, blaming us for the problems. We asked that the owner call us and were told "I hope you don't plan on talking to the ownerr like you're talking to me because things will not go well of you do." All of Tuesday goes by, and Wednesday and most of Thursday. When I get a message saying oh the guys want to come out tomorrow to finish the pool. Still haven't heard from the owner at this point. We ended up getting help from our neighbor and finishing the job ourselves because we had no idea when they would be coming back out. Finally did hear from the owner when we told them that we did it ourselves. Also heard from our neighbors that they watched the installers spend the day sitting in our yard under the tree eating...hence the trash all over my yard. Told the ownerr we wanted money back for having to do the work ourselves. Never heard a word. I know its hard to find a pool installer right now but save your money and do not use them. read more

Failed to come out between 10 hour time frame they said they would be here. Called day before to confirm and since they left message at end of day for me to re-confirm they didn't come. Shouldn't take 3 phone calls to get oil delivered. Spoke with 3 different people, all were rude and unfriendly. Don't care how low prices are if you can't get service and not comfortable with companies that only work with cash. read more

Never hire them for any kind of installation. The lady that works there and answers the phone is rude. They never call to let you know when there coming and they don't even call you to let you know that your scheduled appointment is going to be postponed. We had to call multiple times and were told she would call us back right away and we never received any phone call. We asked for a discount for our troubles because we waited around all day, took off work and everything and the people never came for installation. They never gave us a discount at all! The people that came out to install our product didn't install it correctly and ruined our backyard! The contract we had with them states they are not responsible for anything. That right there is just a horrible company and I wouldn't recommend these ppl for anything. read more

Terrible service wouldn't spend my hard earned money with this company if my life depended on it! My mother suffers from a life threatening condition called Cold urticaria an allergy to the cold. Today my Mother was greeted by a rude and impatient employee by the name of Jeremy. Our backyard gate was stuck by some ice. jeremy made it very clear "I don't do dig outs". So, my 13 year old brother and myself tried to open a gate that was stuck by a recycling bin that was frozen to the ground. We weren't even out there for 5 min and Jeremy smugly said he couldn't wait any longer because we had "2 days to do it" when we called and first placed the order. I then asked him if he could at least wait 15 min because there was no one else home and my Mom really needs the house to be warm because of her condition. We were able to pry open the gate and asked Jeremy if it was possible for him to fit though there and he said "I'm not smuggling through a g** d**** hole." Maybe Jeremy was too lazy to try to fit through or care about at least trying to see if it could work but At this point I let Jeremy know that he was extremely rude, he clearly sees that we were trying to open our gate and explained to him we are having trouble because none of the males in our home were home to help break some of this ice, he then pointed out that he owns a 60 acres farm where the woman in his family are more than capable of handling this task so this explanation was unacceptable to him. I then proceeded to tell Jeremy he was an ahole and to get off my Mom's property. Jeremy then proudly stated "Well, I have heat at my house". Absolutely NO ONE deserves to be talked to or treated this way. If you are okay with your company allowing willing paying customers to be treated this way, shame on you. You call yourself a family company? Shame on you. You need to raise the standards on how you are allowing your employees to talk to your paying customers. I work In retail customer service and I see angry people everyday face to face, but the company I work for would never allow us to even start an interaction with a customer the way Jeremy did in ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, you know why? Because successful businesses understand that without customers we don't have a business and without us valuing their business we will not stay in business. Never again will this company get a single red cent of our family's hard earned money and I will make sure everyone I know doesn't either. read more

I call around and compare and if their price isn't the lowest they always beat it! Great service!
