I came here on the 2nd Saturday which is Lady Sure Shot 8:30-10:00 before store opening. My friend who works here invited me, and it was fun. It started with a general classroom session where people could ask questions, then range time. There were free rentals for the time, and I checked out a few guns I had never tried before. Super neat. The staff were helpful and friendly. The range is freezing, like most tend to be. This is the first I've been on where I couldn't specify a specific distance, and they were marked on the range walls and floors. I'm sure I'll be back when I'm in town. read more

Attended the basic firearms class. Chris was super helpful to me and my wife. He went the extra mile to make sure that we were comfortable with our firearm. Range attendant was also helpful with correcting a minor issue that we had on the range. We had an excellent experience and will be back both for the range and extra classes. Prices were fair and competitive. read more

Pricing on supplies is far above what you can get just about anywhere else. Selection of arms is good, but then you have to deal with the employees. Good luck on that front. I kept being pushed towards specific pistols that I said I wasn't interested in, and finally left and bought what I wanted elsewhere. read more

Decent selection of guns, ammo. Accessories are hit and miss, not really kept up with. Range is ok, has 13 lanes, 15 yds max. Has one lane that is extra wide, I assume it's wheelchair accessible. Nice! Half of the staff are friendly and helpful. They say hello when I walk in and enjoy working there. Then there's the other half... best described as 'snarky'. They pretend to not be in customer service, even though that's what they get paid to do. One older woman is especially annoying. I avoid her as much as I can. If you go there, you'll pick her out right away. I can only comment on the CCW class. If you really want to learn something, go elsewhere. It's a certificate factory. But, if that's what you want... Also, be ready for a 40 minute commercial from a very pretty rep from a local CCW insurance provider. Why a very pretty rep? Cause most of the class are young men. She's REALLY good at telling scary stories of people being arrested for just 'protecting' themselves. Afterwards, she goes to each table with the hard sell. What a waste of $85. I could fill another page with the issues of this 'class'. Gotta wonder what the stores' kickback is. It's a good place to stop in, shoot a few clips, maybe check out some guns and leave. If you're lucky, some of the good staff will be there and make you feel welcome. read more

Did my ccw class today and I highly recommend. William was my instructor and he did a great job being thorough and answering questions. Even came with free range time and shooting lesson. Got the package with the ear and eye protection and it was well worth it. Overall great experience read more

Three words USA also services great selection of weapons to rent or buy It's pretty expensive but for the rentals it's $25 to rent a pistol and $20 to rent an assault rifle or a battle rifle but service is great. Selection is great. The value was great. OK it's all that also the shooting range I went there once and it no exaggeration changed my life. read more

This is basically the Walmart of gun stores. None of the customer service representatives even knew what 7.62x39 cartridge normally goes in. Im very disappointed in this company. I bought a new revolver here that wasn't cheap by any means. I took it home and dry fired it to break the trigger in. After about 100 pulls, the trigger started sticking and wouldn't reset. When i brought the gun back (hasn't even had a round put through it yet), I was told that they couldn't help me. They wouldn't even act as the FFL to ship the gun back to the manufacturer. Needless to say. I wont be buying any firearms or ammo from RANGE USA again. read more

I have visited most of the Milwaukee area shooting ranges both indoor and outdoor and Range USA is by far one of the best! I and my neighbor recently signed up with VA memberships. You cannot beat this price! This Range is clean, well lit and the staff is not only friendly but very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this range! read more

Going into range USA for many months, my husband, his friend and I have always had issue with one worker. She has been rude to us and has ruined every experience we've had there. While in the range I was getting comfortable with a 40 cal SW and missed the target the first couple of shots and she continued to verbally harass me and didn't correct me. She said "it's my husbands job to correct me". Another time was I was looking for a sig in a 380, she continued to show me guns that I didn't find interest in. She was calling the 9mm "big girl guns" she treated me like I was stupid. She also didn't let my husband rent a gun even though he had a membership to range USA and had rented guns in the past. "Because he looked to young" and continued to say that "his friend could pretend to be his dad so he could rent out the gun" I find this behavior to be very unprofessional and borderline harassment. Please do better range USA cause we do enjoy shooting and getting educated by other employees. read more

i went there to rent out a stall in the range, and my friend brought his firearm. i asked since i am 18 if i am allowed to shoot it, which i've gone to several other ranges and this was never an issue what so ever. but come to find out that apparently it's a "wisconsin state law that anyone under 21 cannot fire a hand gun". the men i spoke to had no customer service skill, terrible communication skills, and aren't knowledgeable of the gun laws in wisconsin. One of the men claimed to "run" the store, but lied straight to my face, making up some fake law that doesn't exist, instead of explaining that it was a store policy. i would have been more than understanding if i wasn't lied to. I will never give this location service, i've had plenty of good experiences at other range USA stores but this has been by far my worst. read more
