We've picked up sandwiches for picnics at the deli and they're really good. The fruit and vegetables are fresh, we use them for jams and pies. They have lots of coffee bean options that you can grind on site if you wish and there's also an area with bulk oats, protein powders, nuts, seeds, chocolate, etc... Parking is normally easy but can be challenging at times with other popular stores and a bank in the same strip mall. This Sprouts seems to be the biggest and has the largest selection in my experience.
