I saw many reviews and the overall good ratings of Soap Bubble, so I gave it a shot. I stopped around 3:30PM on a Sunday and expected it to be fairly busy - which it was. But they had enough washing and drying machines that this was not an issue for a spontaneous stop. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked. The bathroom, seating area, folding stations, and machines were clean and in working order. Overall, I cannot complain!

The prices are okay, but I'm not fond of having to buy a laundry card for $5 and having limited options for refilling it - the only other option being to use coins. I might be a bit spoiled as the last laundromat I used let you use a credit card at the washer/ dryer itself. Parking is a little difficult - it's not a big lot and it's not easy to navigate. Last wash is at 5 pm and the doors are locked after that - they'll open them for you, but they're locked even for leaving the building, which doesn't feel safe. My building's laundry room is going to be fixed soon I hope. But I didn't mind coming here.

I also took notice of their new signage stating "NO REFUNDS", which had certainly been updated since my last visit. I guess the plethora of "no refunds" plaques already plastered all over the walls weren't enough to convey their selfish frugality. Come here for the convenient hours but do not come thinking you will be treated fairly. I don't care about the shirt but I care about the principal. It's better to give a customer the $8 they are owed than to have a negative word be said about them. I guess you learn new things every day

It was dark out but only about 7 pm. The only customers were men my entire time that. One Hispanic man that kept to himself and leaving and coming back to tend to his loads. One older man that hovered about making moaning and groaning noises. He was always really close by coughing. I felt very uncomfortable by him, and he didn't seem to get the hint, and then one man who never came in, but pulled right up to the driver side of my vehicle so I couldn't get in or out for 2 hours.
