If we were told the truth prior to us dropping off our vehicle, we would have taken our hard earned money elsewhere. They made it seem like it was a 5%-10% discount when we spoke to them. These folks could have taken me to the cleaners.... I recently had my vehicle in for minor repairs at home in Virginia. We traveled for the holidays to visit family in Lugoff. I did not have an opportunity to do a shakedown between repairs and the trip. Around Fayetteville a chirping noise started coming from the engine compartment. Driving fine, gauges all look good. Over time the chirp turns into what sounds like bearing noise. Start thinking water pump. Traveling with my wife , a new rescue dog and all the rest (gifts etc). I decide I'm getting as close to family as possible before it quits. Truck continues to do fine despite this squeal. We make it to Lugoff late Christmas Eve. Truck running fine but that water pump has to be junk by now. Today talked with a very pleasant person at Randy's who said we could drop it off anytime. Truck is at Randy's a little before noon. Less than 90 minutes later I get a text the truck is ready and the bill is $40. Seems the tech that did the work at home did not route the new serpentine belt correctly. I called right away and spoke again with the same person. I was told the issue was as messaged and the bill was $40. I asked who did the work and if I could leave a tip for them. I was told Mr. Randy did the work himself. I insisted I be charged $100 and happily shared my billing details. They could have very easily told me I needed a new water pump as I suspected but instead did the right thing. A new and grateful customer. Thanks again. read more

Outstanding customer service. We were traveling down I 20 headed to North Carolina when the AC on the truck gave out. called multiple places to see if we could get in and everybody said no. Found Randy's just by chance as we were passing through Camden and they were like yeah come on by. Super friendly, super helpful great job highly recommend. I got a flat tire out of the blue and really needed to get home to my kids , 54 miles away. I called for someone to come to me , about 3 mins away, just to pump it up. Without knowing Anything about the tire. I was charged 45 $ just for coming to me. The tire was determined to have hole and the donut was put on. Which was charged an extra 10$. The prices sucked. But they were able to get to me quickly. read more

called them at 5:50 to ask them about changing my tire because I was stranded on highway 340miles from my destination and 300miles from where I came from and every tired place around said they couldn't help and had no idea who could and the technicians at this location said they would stay later if I could make it there to help us get back on the road. they got us back on the road in 20mins and I couldn't be more thankful that they helped us knowing they could have said they were closing like everyone else. wonderful service and even better people. thank y'all. read more

I will never take a vehicle back here. I brought my vehicle in there to have a problem fixed and every time they fixed something another issue would arise. They first said it was the fuel pump and Eventually they replaced my water pump and my car started to over heat within 2 weeks. I brought it back multiple times telling them it was leaking and they would tell me it wasn't and I needed to change the thermostat housing. I did that and it did not fix the problem. It continued to overheat and constantly needed to be filled with antifreeze and water.. I brought it back for a final time because it is definitely leaking and now they finally agree it is leaking but now it's not completely under warranty because it's been 6 months and I have to pay more money. They are a bunch of crooks and dont recommend them to anyone. Stay away!! read more

Been going here for years. Cheapest in the state because I've used them all through college and grad school in separate parts of the state and was way overcharged ever where from Clemson to Charleston to Spartanburg. Good people and they do quality services at the fairest price. It was financial worth a 2 hour drive for an oil change and alignment if that says anything. read more
