The gentleman I talked to, Gabriel, was very rude when I asked why there was an additional $18 charge for an oil filter when any other time I have had oil changed in another vehicle, the cost of the filter was included in the business' pricing and he rudely stated, "we have been doing it this way for 52 years, do you want us to change the way we do our pricing?" Of course, I said no, I do not not expect you to change your pricing, but if I take her car to the dealership, I can have the oil & filter changed for the same price and Gabriel said "I was welcome to do that instead." Needless to say, I let Camden Tire do the job since I did not want to waste another 2 to 3 hours out of my day, but I strongly advise any other potential new customer to find somewhere else for an oil change since it cost $88 at Camden Tire and $86 at Kia.​

From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond for me. They were able to fit me into their schedule and performed a 31-point inspection, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. They took the time to thoroughly look over the vehicle and listen to every concern I had rather than making me feel rushed or like I was just another customer. They recommended some age-related maintenance, and we took care of several important items, including replacing a belt, servicing and cleaning the CVT transmission fluid, flushing the brake fluid and radiator/coolant system, and reprogramming my tire-pressure sensors so they would work properly.
