If we were told the truth prior to us dropping off our vehicle, we would have taken our hard earned money elsewhere. They made it seem like it was a 5%-10% discount when we spoke to them. Don't tell people you offer a military discount when in fact that is not true.

I did not have an opportunity to do a shakedown between repairs and the trip. Around Fayetteville a chirping noise started coming from the engine compartment. Driving fine, gauges all look good. Over time the chirp turns into what sounds like bearing noise. Start thinking water pump. Traveling with my wife , a new rescue dog and all the rest (gifts etc). I decide I'm getting as close to family as possible before it quits. Truck continues to do fine despite this squeal. We make it to Lugoff late Christmas Eve. Truck running fine but that water pump has to be junk by now. Today talked with a very pleasant person at Randy's who said we could drop it off anytime. Truck is at Randy's a little before noon. Less than 90 minutes later I get a text the truck is ready and the bill is $40. Seems the tech that did the work at home did not route the new serpentine belt correctly. I called right away and spoke again with the same person. I was told the issue was as messaged and the bill was $40. I asked who did the work and if I could leave a tip for them. I was told Mr. Randy did the work himself. I insisted I be charged $100 and happily shared my billing details. They could have very easily told me I needed a new water pump as I suspected but instead did the right thing. A new and grateful customer. Thanks again.

This review is long overdue. I was driving down I-20 on a quiet Sunday heading to Atlanta for a…read morework trip when all of a sudden my tire went flat. And of all things, I had just finished a church sermon on YouTube about 2 miles before the tire went flat and the sermon was on James 1:2-3 - "count it all joy when you meet various trials", and all I could do was smile that this had just happened. I was able to get it to a BP on Camden Hwy near 31-31. After trying to plug the tire with no success, and running into so many other issues with my spare tire and jack on the work van, I was accepting the fact that I was going to have to find a hotel and wait until the next morning for when a tire place would be open. Then, by God's perfect planning, a man stopped and asked if I needed a hand. I said that unfortunately I had tried everything and the tire won't hold air and I was going to try and get a hotel. Of all people, this man was the owner of a local tire shop, Mr Donnie Harris of Quality Tire & Service Center of Camden, who happened to be driving on a back road to get to Lee State Park for a church youth event and was making a trip to get a Snickers and Pepsi. He looked at the tire and offered to lead me to his shop to get a new tire since the hole in my tire was about the size of a dime and I had stuck 5 plugs in it and it wouldn't hold. He felt confident that it would stay inflated long enough to drive the 11 miles or so to get to his shop. I couldn't believe it, but we made it, with the tire actually going flat as we pulled in his parking lot. He opened everything up, put a new tire on, opened his system so he could charge my corporate card, and got me on my way. We had a great conversation and I learned his Dad had just passed a short time before. I believe both he and I needed that conversation. All I could do was smile - "count it all joy when you go through various trials." Mr. Harris was professional, kind, and genuinely service-oriented. His willingness to stop, help a stranger, and go far beyond what anyone would reasonably expect says a great deal about both his character and his business. After a three-hour detour, I was finally back on my way--with a story I have shared many times since. What began as a frustrating roadside breakdown became a powerful reminder of faith, kindness, and God's faithfulness through unexpected trials. Thank you, Mr. Harris.
