Service: I was craving some rolled tacos and stumbled across this place on google reviews and it did not disappoint. I came in with my family and we were pleasantly greeted by a woman (not sure if it was one of the owners). We ordered our food at the kiosk and she was there to answer any questions which was really thoughtful. The food came out promptly within 10 minutes. Food: We ordered two sets of rolled tacos. (Chicken and shredded beef) Both were seasoned to perfection packed in a crispy rolled taco. Delicious! I topped mine with guacamole, lettuce and cheese. The guacamole was also great. However, I wish they would have added a little more shredded cheese on top. They do have salsas but the flavor is more on the mild side with a sweet/tangy flavor. Still good but wish there was a salsa more on the hot/spicy side. Overall great experience! This is also a family owned business which is a plus. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the great customer service and we enjoyed meeting this wonderful family.

2 Rolled Tacos: (1) Shredded Chicken (1) Shredded Beef topped with red and green enchilada sauce, The Randy's Way

Let me start off by saying I was extremely EXCITED about trying Randy's Rolled TACOS; as my FRIENDS have spoken HIGHLY of it and even shared that there's a discount on Wednesdays. Well me and my CREW stop in to give it a try. We placed our orders using the self-service screen, and a staff member was there to guide us and answer questions. The help made the process smooth and easy. The rolled tacos are rather pricey; I selected two which were $9.49. You then have the choice of add ons; I selected red and green enchilada sauce which was $1.99 and topped it off "The Randy's Way" which is Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream and Guacamole) that's an additional $3.99. I added a small drink which was $2.99. They also add on a 1% service fee; everything came to a total of $20.59. Upon inquiring about the discount the lady shared that we had to spend $35 or more for such. Please note amongst me and my CREW our ordered exceeded that. Needless to say we didn't get the discount. I checked in with my FRIENDS that spoke HIGHLY of Randy's and they confirmed that not being the case as they received discounts on their purchases on Wednesdays without there being a minimum charge. This was rather disappointing as to the lady telling us there was a minimum charge to receive the discount. Me and my CREW and FRIENDS are the type that spread the word on new eateries and help support businesses. Based on the inconsistencies with the discounts knowing my coworkers had went the same day and received a discount is disappointing and misleading. Let's get to the review on the food. I selected two rolled tacos one beef and one chicken both which were shredded meat. With the toppings they were tasty. For the price I do think it was rather HIGH! I think that they should have an option where you can get The Rolled Tacos Randy with the enchilada sauce as well as a side of rice/beans with a drink. So basically a combo with a more reasonable deal. $5 for one rolled taco without anything on it is PRICEY! As for the drinks; they lacked flavor and the size was extremely small. The lady did provide us with a side of half beans and half rice to share/sample; which was flavorful. The manager even came out to our table to bring our food and check on us, she was the sweetest little kid and made the whole experience extra special! The chef also came out to check in on us as well. I likely won't return. The Wednesday discounts weren't consistent with what I know has been provided to others which was disappointing since first impressions are everything. With the current pricing, it's hard to see this place standing out against nearby competition. The ambiance is simple, the place is small with just a few tables, but it's clean. Even the bathroom was spotless, which really stands out to me since cleanliness is everything in an eatery.

I had been passing by this place for a while. The name is catchy. A colleague told me it was…read moretasty. Today, I decided to give it a try. This is an "order at the counter and they bring it out to you" type of place. The name "& cantina" makes me think you be sat down and someone takes your order. A tad confusing. Let me start with the service. The cashier was friendly but didn't give me any time to decide if I wanted a receipt before declining it on her end. It's a pet peeve. The place was empty. The menu is hard to read and the printed/laminated menus are poorly printed making them difficult to read. They seem to be promoting rolled tacos (aka taquitos) but this says "Blue Burro Burritos." I went with a burrito. It just contained carne asada, guac and pico. No rice. No beans. No cheese. All are extra. It's served with chips and a drink if you get the combo. They do give tiny portions of salsa on the side. The burrito itself looked like it had been on Ozempic for a few months. It tasted fine but just didn't seem plump. The chips were crispy, salty (in a good way) and tasted fresh but there wasn't anything to really dip them in. The salsa they served are in tiny cups so you can't get the chip in it. Honestly, they felt more like hot sauces. The habanero was okay, not really that spicy. The green one was too vinegary for my taste. The place was clean and they had loud music playing in the background. It was empty when I got there and considering all the ingredients in my burrito seemed precooked (like Chipotle), it took a while for the food to come. I went to the beverage bar and the different flavors of the non-soda beverage options had unnatural colors. The horchata looked like got into a fight with a Smurf and lost. The strawberry aquafresca was an unnatural milky opaque red. The cucumber seemed just a bit too neon green. The first two were not to my liking. The cucumber was refreshing but tasted like it contained a LOT of sugar. It was also annoying they didn't have any signs what was what. Back to the service. I had some chips left but went to get a refill on my beverage and the worker there took my food away assuming I was done. I caught her just before she left the dining area and asked her to return the food. She apologized. I think they can/should wait until someone leaves the establishment or at least ask. The combo was about $17. Bottom line: will I return? I would not come here on my own. I think the food is pricey for what it is. However, if I was with others who wanted to come here, I wouldn't say no. There are just better Mexican food restaurants in the area.

I think the biggest difference is that they stopped making the tortillas by hand and the meat doesn't taste as good as it used to. In all honesty, the quality has gone downhill. I know that they started a burger food truck that they have parked outside and maybe they are focusing their efforts on that but the change is definitely noticeable in a negative way. I was so excited to come back, but was pretty disappointed with my meal. I will say that the one good thing that they still have going for them is their amazing staff. All of the workers are extremely kind and helpful and they work very hard to keep a clean and aesthetic area. If you heard the hype of fresh handmade tortillas and wanted to try top shelf tacos, save yourself the trip. They don't do it anymore and It's just like any other taco place.

When the craving hits, it's always tacos!…read more I stopped by Tacos El Goloso on PCH and ordered a mix of street tacos (carnitas and al pastor) along with the tacos dorados de birria. I've been here before, and the birria tacos were exactly what I needed for a late-night craving. Crispy on the outside with a good amount of filling and strong flavor - they really hit the spot. I ended up having four of them. The consomé on the side was really good too - rich and flavorful, almost something I could've just had on its own. The street tacos were solid. The carnitas had that tender, slightly crisp texture, and the al pastor added a bit more seasoning and contrast. Nothing overcomplicated, just straightforward and satisfying. Service was friendly, and the setup is quick and casual. In the South Bay where places tend to close early, it was nice that they were open until around 10pm. Overall, this is a no-frills taco spot where the focus is on the food. Easy choice when you're in the mood for tacos.
