The salesman acknowledged I would pay a premium at…read moretheir store vs. online but said they offer "free" labor on repairs, etc. and that is how they justified the cost, sounds fair and I'll support the local business. The salesman told me my kit was all inclusive and came ready to go. As I was checking out the owner walks in with his wife. Very nice and friendly. He informs the salesman that the kit didn't include the battery and charger. Fair enough I suppose, add another $115 to the price I was originally told for the kit. To top it off, the charger was out of stock but they assured me if I pre-paid for it I'd have it in 3-4 days just in time for Christmas. Never called, never got the charger before Christmas. The person I got the gift for opens everything up, excited to try it out ...turns out the battery they sold me doesn't fit the car I bought. Take it back and they act like they knew it wouldn't fit and they said leave it with them and they will change the connectors. Still no word on the charger or my modified battery. I called 3 days ago and left a vm stating I still needed my charger I had paid for 3 weeks ago and the battery they were going to fix for me. Still no call back. Now I call and it rings, no one answers, and no more voicemail. Guess I will have to drive out of my way to compensate for their poor customer service. I should have saved the ~$50 premium for their "service" and just bought everything online. They may be new, but you would think that would mean their customer service is exceptional to gain business. Instead they have lost mine...just have to get my battery and charger or get my money back first.

Been there a handful of times and the way it's always worked out is any cards in the boxes are either marked with a price and if not the guys charged .25$ which is reasonable cause majority of those are damaged cards. Last time I went in the girls waited on me and was unsure on how to price them, I explained in the past if it wasn't marked I was always charged $.25 and her response was " I love that for you" then continued to make me sit there and wait 10 minutes as she price checks every single card like I was a liar. she then charged me $.50 - $1.00 each for damaged cards. There's tens of thousands of damaged cards behind the counter, it's very obvious they're just trying to get rid of them unless they're decent and price them out as they should, but making people sit there while you try and nickel an dime them out over common damaged cards is insane to me. I'll only buy something from now on from the guys that work there.
