Daily communication occurred (often multiple times during a given day) on a Prestige-created text thread. We virtually always knew where the project was on the timeline and were never left wondering. When circumstances arose with a given subcontractor's schedule, Carter let us know in advance. He had already figured out how he would deal with the situation (or had already dealt with it). The subcontractors were always kind, respectful, competent in their various trades, and respectful of our home. We had two bathrooms completely remodeled (one of them was also enlarged), a hardwood floor installed in three bedrooms and a game room, doorways widened and new doors installed. The existing deck was enlarged and screened in (using materials that exactly matched). In addition, several items of assistive equipment were installed. Any changes we desired were accommodated.
