The concrete we added to the posts wasn't a problem for my husband because we had no choice and unfortunately we had to do that not long after install. (the fence is built within our property's easement, so we needed the city to sign off). Very satisfied with their price point AND final product... the fence truly looks fantastic. However, I am withholding one star from my final rating due to the two following reasons: * it took 3+ phone calls to their office before they finally came back to remove the pile of wood from the old fencing ... AND... * when deconstructing the old fence, they piled the old wooden planks on top of a kindling holder we had crafted months earlier (nothing fancy, just a DIY using a couple of cement blocks and wooden planks)... when they came back to remove the old wood, they inadvertently also hauled off our kindling holder (initially choosing to pile wood on top of it likely wasn't the best judgement call) Yet, despite these two hiccups, I WOULD STILL COMFORTABLY RECOMMEND Big Jerry's Fencing to anyone currently in the market for a fencing crew!

We've been wanting to extend our yard, remove the wooden fence in the back and replace it with an…read moreiron or aluminum fence. Hoping the removal of the wooden fence wound give is more of a "view" of the wooded property that backs up against ours. We called Yard Dog and scheduled a free consultation to see what the cost of a new fence and yard extension would cost. Rob showed up early and was very professional about everything, even offering tips on where to save money and what to avoid when taking on such a project. This poor guy had to trek through all of the shrubbery and bushes that are behind the fence to get measurements. The whole consult took about an hour and we were quoted just under $3K. Which includes the new iron fence, removal of the old fence, and the addition of another gate on the other side of the house. Sounds like a steal! We haven't gone forward with our extended fence, due to weather restrictions (see pics) but plan to move forward in late March!

As the fence has aged, I have reached out to Potts many, many times over YEARS about fixing it to no avail. No one answers their office phone. No one returns messages. Repairs are needed and there is ZERO support. One time I caught someone on his mobile phone, and he said he would come by a couple days later. He never showed up, he never called to reschedule, and won't return my messages. Really, really BAD SERVICE. Here are the problems with their fence that they won't even talk to me about. Beware of Potts.
