The Office Manager at the second company we used thought that I was joking when I told them the story - then they looked at the review online! Don't use this provider - they are unprofessional, poorly trained, and talk badly about the owner. The owner doesn't appear to care either - would give them a (-2) star rating if I could. Oh - the owner won't call you back ever. If this place is recommended, run the other way screaming. Dump the home warranty company too if they recommend these guys.
