If he had told us that, then we would have greatly reduced our personal chit-chat! Then when I called to have our bill reduced, they said we had to pay the full amount of $260! I do not mind the $100 for the service call and maybe ~ 10 paid minutes it took to say we need a new faucet, but I DO MIND paying 50 minutes X $2.00/minute = $100 for a friendly discussion!! I called to request it be fixed and was told that my bill was way overdue, even though it hadn't been passed the 'due in 30 days' since I got it at this point. They refused to come back and fix the leak properly until they got their money first. And they refused to discuss the issue about being work being done that I hadn't asked for. I was left with a $550 bill and the seal still leaking.
