Overall it's a nice grocery store but it is a small store with limited selections. If HEB wasn't just a few miles down the road that might be OK. So I use it as a "well stocked" quickie mart. You pay less than a quickie Mart but more than HEB. The store is never crowded. Generally the employees are nice. read more

Just moved here. Have tried Randalls now for 3rd time. Checked ad like i normally do. They were out of 3 products on my list. Last straw was a head of lettuce was 2.49. Refused to buy it , went to HEB and lettuce was .88 cents. read more

After being a Randall's shopper since its inception in Houston I was delighted to have one on Williams Dr. At first it was great--clean, mostly friendly and so convenient. Since then it has gone down in my estimation. Maybe 1-2 clerks who are welcoming, never had a greeting from the manager--is there one? Walking in the foyer, trash on the floor, but you can go to the right which is the best part of the store--great displays of veggies, etc. and nice, helpful staff working in that area. Have been charged wrong prices so many times I check my ticket before or when I get to the car. Today was no exception--clerk was so busy talking to the sacker she didn't notice me--telling the sacker something about HEB in RR. The last straw--she did not take off but 1 of my coupons. I may have to make a longer drive to HEB. read more

This is a welcome addition to our poorly stocked HEB on Williams Drive. Usually HEB is the bigger store and has more selection but that HEB is always chronically out of one thing or another. They have a jackass of a general manager at HEB Williams who always is short things. It's amazing that I can go to Randalls and they will have Napa Cabbage when HEB Georgetown and HEB Round Rock don't. Or Randalls will have fennel and Heb won't. Or Randalls will have fresh dill or fresh herbs when HEB won't. I continuously amazed at what HEB Williams should have like italian parsley but they don't yet Randalls has it. Randalls does cost more than HEB but we need another grocery store besides HEB to serve Georgetown. Or Randalls will have cantaloupe when HEB doesn't. Often Randalls has Ozarka spring water when HEB doesn't. Randalls has a senior discount on Monday when HEB doesn't. Randalls also has a small pharmacy but I always go to Randalls first over Wallgreens, or HEB because they will have things I need and for reasonable prices. Really Randall's is an asset to the community because HEB doesn't provide the service that they should. And Randalls is alot closer to my house than HEB. Yay for Randalls. read more

Prices are a little bit higher than HEB. Don't like the way the produce is stacked it makes you feel like if you grab a potato the whole thing is going to fall. Isles to narrow; it's not a three across style only two carts can fit down an aisle so there's no passing lane or stop and pause lane. It is closer to me than HEB so I will shop there occasionally only because of the proximity. read more

I love Randall's. They have things I can't find anywhere else and are happy to order something for you if they don't have it. I can't say the same for other stores in the area. It's funny the people posting comments complaining about being asked if they are a rewards member. They obviously don't understand all the benefits and tremendous savings they get just by having that card. You earn gas rewards, the other day I got 70 cents off each gallon of gas because of this card. I typically save more that 30 dollars on my shopping trips because of this card. You are crazy not to be a rewards member. read more

Here's the thing with this store. Would you choose a restaurant because it had lots of parking available? Or do you ask yourself why? They have a hard time keeping customers for several reasons. They devote 2 feet of space to cosmetics; they put frozen pies in their bakery case; they need a better chef for their specialty items like the gumbo I recently bought. But the worst thing is this: every time you go to the checkout, it's the same drill. "Do you have a Randall's card?" I always say "No, thank you." Most stop there but some (like the Manager, the other day) have this exchange: "Would you like to sign up for one?" "No thank you," I say again. "So you don't you like saving money?" He presses. A version of this has happened more than once. I told him this is why I go to HEB and only use Randall's for quickies. And alsoGo Georgetown Eagles! read more

I've been waiting 11 years to finally get a great grocery store in Georgetown. I love this store - so clean, so well stocked, and very customer conscious. I have to say, since we've moved here 11 years ago, I became a Costco and Walmart Shopper but I find myself going to Randall's more and more. They have a good variety of everything I buy. If you know how to shop their ad and use their "card", you will not be paying too much. Other stores around here are just as expensive (in my estimation). Randall's has a full service butcher department who is willing to go the extra mile -- and yeah! for the first time ever in Texas I've been able to get Linguica (Portuguese sausage). Hooray! This is my fist time shopping at this store and I had a blast. They had great prices on steaks plus buy 1 get 2 free deals as well. Very clean store and friendly staff. Plus they offer an extra 10% off to seniors (55 and over, I think) on the fist Monday of every month! Their gas prices are decent as well. read more

Clean, well-lit, with a decent selection. It is convenient to my neighborhood, so I go there as needed for items I'm out of etc. However, the 'regular' shopping will continue to be at HEB, where the customer service is far better. They are friendly, helpful and efficient at HEB, but NOT at Randalls. I've spoken directly to checkers or baggers and had them not reply, and virtually ignore me. Deli counter service was so disorganized I ordered something, but eventually had to pass on getting something altogether...and how can you be 'out of chicken' at noon, on a weekday, prime lunch ordering time...? read more

Here's some advice, don't go to this Randall's if you are not sure where to find something. The people that work here are extremely unhelpful and the people that don't work there but are working doing stocking or inventory are very rude and made me feel like an idiot because I couldn't find something. read more

The dollar general down the street is much cheaper, but this store has a better selection. I go to this store all the time when I need something they don't have at dollar general. In the past I've always had very polite cashiers, but today I was checked out by an older lady who was just flat out rude. I know customer service can be stressful, but there's just no excuse for snapping at a customer for asking a simple question. I wish they would encourage all of their employees to treat every customer with respect. read more

Opened earlier this year and it's a beautiful store but they have the rudest workers ever! If you shop there be prepare to be ignored, the people act like they are not supposed to be friendly or speak or smile, they must hate their jobs w/ a passion! very close to us, helpful service, good produce section, meats are better than heb but sales are at best a match with heb regular sales prices. easy access and a lot of parking so for just a couple items worth the stop. read more
